this is inspired by @/irisviel101 's post about the anime characters embodying their elements from the game, bc it got me thinking...
I really do like the way ina11 uses the characters main 'hissatsu motifs' as ways of showing off their character, because while they absolutely go for low hanging fruit, they often take far more creative routes with those motifs. gouenji isn't fire themed becaues he's a hot head, he's arguably one of the calmest members even when he's kicking soccer balls into his friend's stomachs. it's because he's so passionate about the sport that it sparks others to to their best. It's because he's so passionate about everything and everyone in his life that it could be compared to a fire. i love the ingame description of 'Beneath this ace striker's cool exterior burns a fiery football passion' because it's just like!! yes!! fire can be more than just anger!! it's passion!! it's progress!! It's life!!!
Fubuki isn't ice because he's cold or closed off, he's ice because he represents it's many different states. He can be soft and gentle and graceful, just as much as he can be strong and dangerous and even violent. he's not ice because he's a loner, he's ice because he buries the worst of himself under layers and layers of permafrost so he can keep looking his best to the others. he's not ice because he's slow or dumb, he's ice because a part of him is forever frozen in the past, unable to move on.
Shindou's power isn't represented by music because he speaks in artsy terms or gets lost in sounds, but because music requires skill, practice, and planning. An orchestra can only play well when everyone is aware of what part they play, including the conductor and shindou can only properly use his avatar of the conductor when he accepts his role to play in the revolution as a whole.

Please go with Roy 😍 That boy is a gem of potential and there are almost no fictions about him x Aisha. Maybe most fans would prefer Aisha x Nabu but at the same time there are tons of fanfics giving them what they want.
In the end write what makes you happy ! If you feel like writing some Aisha x Roy go ahead. If you feel like it's more natural for you to write Aisha x Nabu go ahead. If you suddenly feel like Aisha x Riven is more your thing, go ahead too ! For the people that matter what counts is not the ships but the story you write ❤

Picturing what could’ve been in all stars if gwuncan was allowed to actually be the villain power couple like…
I think Gwen would still initially be upset that she's on the villains, but she slowly realizes being the villain means getting what she wants. If she has to be the villain to be with Duncan, so be it. She also realizes it's all about public perception. In everyone else's eyes Duncan is a villain, but to her he's the best boyfriend she's ever had. If she's already going to be the villain in everyone's eyes, she might as well play the part. No one in all stars was ever particularly nice to her anyways. They would fall into a routine of putting on a facade for the team and then meeting up in secret afterwards to strategize. I do also feel like Gwen would end up being the villains reluctant leader, with Duncan acting more like a guard dog to keep people in line. Even after the merge, Gwen is good at keeping whats left of the villains team under her thumb.
I don't think either of them would win again though. I think their relationship would get in the way, almost opposite of how it actually played out. We've already seen that Duncan is willing to throw challenges or sacrifice himself for Gwen. Gwen is clearly his weakness, and with all the dangerous challenges Chris puts them through something is bound to happen (our poor girl Gwen is also very danger prone lets be real lol). She gets injured during a challenge and instead of making the game-winning move, Duncan chooses to hang back and help her, ultimately losing them the challenge. Gwen on the other hand would most likely crack under the pressure of being in charge. She gets quickly lets her insecurity get the best of her, and without Duncan starts to crumble. It would be interesting to see the reverse though, to see Gwen sacrifice herself to help Duncan keep going. Either way, they use this season to bring out the best in each other. Duncan helps Gwen be more confident in who she is and what she wants, while Gwen shows Duncan that he doesn't have to change himself to be loved.

He looked down. He knew. He lived in a land where witch trials were not a thing of the past. War with Valtor was inevitable, and the allies were more divided than they had been in a long time. Solaria was suffering from Cassandra's attempted coup, Andros had long since been invaded and was fighting against Valtor's power, Melody and Zenith were undecided, and Eraklyon… was preparing for a witch trial instead of mustering its troops and calling an emergency meeting of its allies. Magix alone faced the fight against the students of the three magic schools, one of which was also invaded. But everyone was only looking out for themselves, and Valtor had an easy time of it. He could casually eliminate one faction after another. They were making it really easy for him.
"We're both on the brink of war, on opposing sides," Icy stated the facts. "Either my side wins, or yours. There's no in-between. Just as no one can change our positions. I'm here, you're over there. Sky, without Valtor, I have no future. You know that."
