Hello, My name is Mosab Elderawi, and I live in Gaza with my family. Life here has become harder than I ever imagined, and I’m writing this with hope in my heart that you might hear our story.
The ongoing war has devastated my family. We’ve lost 25 family members—each one a beloved part of our lives, taken too soon. I miss them deeply—their laughter, their presence, their love. Every day is a reminder of this unimaginable loss.

We are now facing daily challenges to survive—things that most people take for granted, like food, clean water, and a safe place to sleep. The harsh realities of life here have replaced our dreams with the constant fight for survival.
Our Current Situation:
💔 Lost Stability: The war has left us without work or a stable source of income. 🍞 Basic Needs: Food and water are becoming harder to afford with rising prices and scarce resources. 📚 Dreams on Hold: Like so many here, my family’s dreams have been replaced by the need to simply survive. 😢 Unimaginable Loss: Losing 25 loved ones has left a void that can never be filled.
How You Can Help:
I’m sharing our story with the hope that someone out there might care. Even $5 can make a big difference for us, and if you’re unable to donate, just reblogging this post can help spread the word.
Your kindness, no matter how small, is something we’ll never forget.
What This Means to Us:
Your support is not about changing our entire situation—it’s about giving us a little relief, a little hope, and a way to keep going. We are not asking for much, and we understand if you can’t donate. Sharing our story is just as valuable to us as a donation.
Thank you for reading this far. It means the world to us to know that someone is listening. Your kindness gives us strength and helps us believe in a better tomorrow.
With all our gratitude, Mosab Elderawi and Family ❤️

Hello friends I am a Rabab from Palestine from Gaza City
How long will this bloodbath continue? 😭😭😭
Our blood is being shed every day and the world has left us alone.💔💔😔
We have been robbed of our most basic dignity 😭🥺
But we are still here. We are still fighting. We are still breathing. We still love our children and each other🫶❤️ with everything we have left. 🥹
But the cost of survival has become unbearable. Even the most basic necessities are out of reach.😭😭😭
How long will you remain silent? How long will you ignore our cries for help? 😞😖
Can you really bear witness to this pain and remain unmoved? How can you watch this devastation unfold day after day, and do nothing to help us survive?
I am asking you - no, I am begging you to open your heart. To feel the weight of our loss, the depth of our grief and love, the urgency of our pleas. Help us survive.🙏🙏🙏

might sound crazy but people with pd’s don’t want to hear about your negative experiences with people who have pd’s even under the guise of supporting us. I promise “my narcissistic wifebeater dad was an absolute nightmare but I know not all people with npd are like that!” or having an anecdote about your toxic ex who had bpd doesn’t actually help end the stigma. why not just stick with “having a personality disorder doesn’t make you inherently abusive” and leave it at that without making it about you💞
also this is the last thing for now, but when I was first figuring this stuff out (pre-diagnosis), I googled "is it possible to have more than one personality disorder?" and found the answer to be "yes, but steer clear of someone who does!"
so I just wanted to say... if you have more than one personality disorder, you are still worthy of good things. you can still live a good life. you can still have strong connections to other people, and you can still learn to love yourself. having a personality disorder doesn't make you a bad person, and neither does having several personality disorders
I like to use over-the-top edgy imagery to invoke the ~emo~ sentiments we associate with edge, juxtaposing the aggressively self-loving text. accentuates the punk nature of radical acceptance
people with personality disorders: it was difficult to survive on the ground, so i climbed in a tree and now im stuck and can’t get down
mental health workers (and everyone really): it seems that they climbed in trees to manipulate us. they are fully capable of getting down but doing so would make it harder to abuse us, so they stay there
This us an update to a previous post, sorry things are just so bad rn. We are basically going through a move rn because of mold in the place we stay. I need medical care urgently because I am extremely sick bc of the mold. We need food. We will also need transportation to a Dr, and transportation to tryband finalize rental stuff.

My recent health issues are more caused by mold than anything else. We need to get out of here faster than we have the funds for because we can't spend our food and housing funds on expensive and temporary bnbs.
But things are very serious and my health is at immediate risk where we are. And I still need medical care in the meantime, and rest.
I will do art for anyone who gives $50+ it's just gonna take time bc, again, I am horribly sick. Contact me for art @theartistrans Also I know this is a big goal, but it covers everything we could possibly need to get out of here in the next week, and stay housed for a bit while I recover.

Finding help, like a psychiatrist or therapist can be difficult. Medical help can be difficult to find as well.
Here are some options to try:
Call or visit your local health department. Some health departments have a mental health department attached, but if not, they can most likely provide you with the information for your town or city's public mental health center.
Call or visit your insurance company's website. Most insurances have an online provider look up where you can find care providers covered by your insurance, but if you call, they can give you that info on the phone.
If you're seeing a primary care doctor already, consider asking them for a referral to what service you need.
"Those won't work for me, what else do you have?"
Here are some links to websites that can help you with finding resources.
Learn what services NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) provides here, then Find your local NAMI here.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) collects information on thousands of state-licensed providers who specialize in treating substance use disorders, addiction, and mental illness. Search for a provider near you in their directory here.
Need to apply for disability (SSI)? This website has all the things nobody tells you in easy terms.
List of resources for eating disorders can be found here.
this post will be edited to add more links and resources as i find them.
