"You hear that? They're saying The Odyssey doesn't even have nobody!"
"They've got nobody in the Odyssey?"
"No I'm saying they don't got nobody."
"Nobody's there?"
"Nobody's not there!"
"So everyone's there?"
"Everybody but nobody!"

"we cut the nobody scene from the odyssey" "we cut the religious trauma and parental abuse from carrie" i'm starting to think that studios barely funding original films is starting to have an effect where directors make up a story and then slap an IP on it in order to sell. or maybe some bitches just can't read anymore idk it's one or the other
i have a random issue with a handful of pre-srar fall out boy songs where I LOVE the the start of the song or just generally everything but the chorus, but the chorus itself i find kind of underwhelming (eg: ilalwtwiattgyo, ttotbo, igatrimeanomf, cfmrfrpfmsr, gblogbd(dyptstsasgts)
poor thing...walked straight into the electric fence
âDo dishesâ and âtake out trashâ both require the use of a spell slot, vs âuse phoneâ is a cantrip, and brother, I am a level one wizard

Sherlock Holmes is a perfectly normal autistic guy with a roommate who is deeply perplexed by him.
Sherlock Holmes demonstrates a remarkably sophisticated understanding of stimulant usage in neurodivergent individuals
Something a lot of people forget about Holmes is that, because ACD was Like That, his 'relatable audience insert' Watson is actually a lot weirder than Holmes is
That is something that is so fun about reading the books, Watson being the narrator adds so much because you slowly realize how bizarre his perspective is and how strangely grounded a lot of Holmesâs âstrangeâ behavior is. There was something so fascinatingly wrong with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and he passed it on to his self insert.
Iâve said it before but most of what is âwrongâ with Holmes is largely understandable and a lot of what is wrong with Watson can be explained by him being a British man from the 19th century but there are just some things about Watson that make you go âDude, what the fuck?â
one of my friends in a discord server was talking about how they were nervous about their first scheduled acupuncture appointment. another friend offered to do a tarot reading for them. sent this picture.
incredible innovations on the beverage front
The problem w writing fiction is that you'll be like tee-hee I'm going to write a story about a fucked up little scenario that's got nothing to do with anything in real life, just some pure messed up nonsense, and then you finish it and take a step back and go aw rats I made a metaphor again
the idea that every summer will be as hot if not hotter than this for the rest of my life is unbearable i need to (remembers suicide jokes are bad for my mental health) murder an oil executive
oooh I get it itâs always gonna be because of the environment I grew up in

âmy father is a boy and my mother is a girl so iâm mixedâ is the funniest possible response to someone asking your gender and it came from 6â5 Viking footballer and notable weird little guy Erling Haaland on a Snapchat
comedians can only dream of writing something this funny
