*:ïŸâ§Â little moments with omega x ïŸ:â§*
JAEHAN
Nighttime walks through the city hand-in-hand; listening to the playlist you made for him whenever he needs a pick-me-up; staying up late to help you review for your midterm tomorrow; writing a song to comfort you when youâre going through a hard time
HWICHAN
Sharing a tangerine and putting the sticker on your nose; greeting your houseplants every time he visits and having a long, one-sided conversation with them about the weather; offering to sing you to sleep over the phone with your favorite ballad but accidentally falling asleep first halfway through; falling in love with your laugh and doing anything to hear it again
SEBIN
Using terrible pickup lines when youâre already dating just to see you blush; hyping you up at karaoke so enthusiastically heâs almost louder than you are; begging you to wear oversized hoodies because your sweater paws are so cute; blowing over-the-top kisses through his computer screen during every video call, annoying anyone in the next room over but refusing to stop because you need to know how full his heart is with you
HANGYEOM
Kissing your nose because you look so cute when you scrunch it up; watching a movie together and stealing a piece of your popcorn when youâre not looking; nighttime calls before bed just to say I love you and sleep well; morning calls when you wake up just to say I love you and did you sleep well?
TAEDONG
Holding hands wherever you go; asking about your favorite dishes so he can learn to cook them for you when you visit; reenacting the cheesiest scenes from the latest romance drama with you; planning the grandest, most extravagant gestures for you but blushing every time you tell him I love you
XEN
Putting your hand in his jacket pocket to keep it warm; asking you to teach him about your hobbies so he can share them with you; falling asleep on the couch together during a thunderstorm; recording a verse of the song heâs writing on your phone so you can listen to his voice and lyrics whenever youâre sad
JEHYUN
Sneaking out of your respective apartments late at night to meet on the rooftop and watch the stars; picking an imaginary eyelash off your cheek as an excuse to lean in closer; enjoying comfortable silence together which neither of you feels the need to break; finding joy in the simplest things because you get to enjoy them together
KEVIN
Falling asleep under the shade of a tree during a picnic; linking pinkies to gently tug you closer; sitting in front of the window with a cup of tea during a rainstorm; sneaking his favorite candy into the cart when youâre out shopping together and smiling innocently when you find it at the checkout counter
JUNGHOON
Making cupcakes together on a rainy day in; dabbing frosting on your nose for the sole purpose of kissing it away; constantly glancing over during a funny movie to see your reactions; taking you on a drive late at night when youâre feeling down and holding your hand the entire trip
HYUK
Getting strange looks from people when an inside joke makes you both burst into laughter in public; fighting to keep his eyes open so he can talk to you more even though he should have been asleep an hour ago; waking up after falling asleep on your shoulder but pretending to still be asleep so he can cuddle you longer; teasing you on the daily but will literally fight anyone if they genuinely upset you
YECHAN
Rooftop confessions overlooking the city; calling you when heâs in a slump because lyrics seem to flow more naturally after spending time with you; trying to stop himself from smiling at his phone in public after you send him a cute selca (and failing); being in the same room together as you each work on your own things, happy to just be around each other Â
[8:55pm] âHow do I look?â Jaehyun asked, holding out his arms as he stepped into the room. You surveyed his outfit carefully, resting your chin on your hands as you looked him up and down.
âAdorable,â you concluded.
âThanks,â he smiled, âbut I meant, is it convincing? Do I still look like me?â
âYouâre not going to fool the kindergarteners, if thatâs what you wanted,â you said. âBut I donât think theyâll mind.â
He bit his lip worriedly, looking down at his outfit once more.
âYou think so?â he asked. You nodded reassuringly.
âJust watch,â you continued, âat recess theyâll be bragging to all the other classes about how their teacher Mr. Jeong dressed up as Santa.â
[9:23am] âI can do this one,â Shotaro said, politely gesturing for Sungchan to step aside from the register, which he did. As the owner of the bakery, Shotaro would normally fulfill the more complex orders himself, like specially designed custom cakes, or large bulk orders for wedding parties, so Sungchan was surprised when he placed a single boxed cupcake on the counter in front of you.
âWeâre having a 1+1 special on these cupcakes today,â Shotaro continued with a smile, âso you can pick another one from this case if you want.â Â
âOh, thanks! I thought this one looked really pretty too,â you said, pointing at a beautifully decorated chocolate cupcake topped with toasted marshmallow fluff. You thought you saw his cheeks rise even higher at the compliment but he said nothing, instead bringing your pick to the counter to ring you up.
âThank you so much, and please come again!â he said, handing you your boxes. You thanked him once more and left, pushing the door open to a chilly gust of air that already made you miss the warmth of the bakery. As the door closed behind you, you glanced down and noticed a small sticker of a cartoon otter connecting your receipt to the lid of the box.
âI didnât know we were doing a special today,â Sungchan said, returning to the register as Shotaro carefully reorganized the display case to fill the spaces left by your purchase.
âWeâre not,â Shotaro blushed, before returning to the kitchen without another word.
[3:02pm] You moved to press play on the next episode of the show you were watching with Kevin, but hesitated after a thought occurred to you. You glanced out of the window at the gray skies, then at your friend, who was looking at you expectantly.
âWhat do you think?â you asked. âIs today the day?â
He turned around to look out the window, thought for a moment, then nodded solemnly and turned back to face you.
âTodayâs the day.â
He got up and disappeared down the hallway, returning a few moments later with a giant fluffy blanket and a smile across his face.
âItâs finally cold enough to snuggle under our favorite blanket!â
[6:18pm] MJâs face lights up when he finds you sitting in the library, waving him over to the study table youâd reserved. Before you even have a chance to say hello, however, he pulls out his phone and quickly shows you a picture of the dog he saw on his way across campus.
[9:18am] When San proposed a bet to see who could steal more kisses throughout the day, he didnât expect you to cut him off with one as soon as he finished his sentence.
[2:42pm] A tense silence filled the air after Haechanâs statement. You kept your composure and scanned the other faces in the room, watching for their reactions. They looked at you with bated breath, increasingly convinced that he had just made a terrible mistake the longer you stayed quiet.
âDonât say it,â Haechan said nervously, looking at you with imploring eyes.
âIf you donât want me to say it then you shouldnât have done it,â you replied simply.
âThink of our friendship,â he pleaded. âAll the good times weâve spent together.â
âIâm sorry, Haechan, thereâs nothing I can do.â
His eyes locked onto yours, desperately searching for an ounce of comfort, reassurance, something to ease his regret, but it was nowhere to be found. You watched as a mixture of emotions flashed across his face until finally he landed on acceptance. He sighed in despair, then lowered his head into his hands. Chenle smacked his arm.
âWhy would you open the chest without checking for traps first?!â he cried.
âA horde of skeletons emerges from the walls and descends upon the party,â you said gleefully. âRoll for initiative.â
[6:21pm] âHang on, you almost forgot something,â Sunwoo said, stopping you in the doorway just as you were about to head out for dinner together. He took your hand in his, then looked at you with a satisfied nod.
"appears like a thief in the night" is sending me LOL but in all seriousness the rocky coffeeshop au has me đ„șđ„șđđ and it's great to see you pop up on my dash ⥠I hope you've been taking care, staying safe, and keeping yourself hydrated if you can. Sending all the love and appreciation your way đ

[10:02pm] âSee you guys tomorrow,â you said, waving at your coworkers as they left the cafe before returning your focus to the stubborn table stain a customer had left behind earlier.
âThe coffee machineâs all done so you donât have to worry about that.â
You nearly jumped at the sound of Rockyâs voice before you turned toward it, finding him already getting to work wiping down the rest of the tables.
âI thought you went home already,â you said. âDidnât your shift end half an hour ago?â
âYeah, but donât you have an early class tomorrow? Weâll finish quicker if there are two of us cleaning up, and you wonât have to stay so late,â he said nonchalantly. âDid you finish this side already?â he asked, gesturing to a small cluster of tables by the front door.
âYeah,â you replied, still looking at him as a comforting warmth filled your chest. âThanks.â
âDonât mention it,â he waved his hand dismissively. âIâll start sweeping then,â he said, and as he left to grab the broom from the back you thought that maybe tonight, getting the last shift of the day wasnât so bad after all.
[1:05pm] You felt a tap on your shoulder and looked up from your book to see Jisung standing by the sofa, motioning for you to follow him quietly. He led you to the doorway of the kitchen where Jaemin was standing at the counter, his back turned toward you as he furiously mixed what looked like an enormous bowl of batter.
âDid you tell him you were craving cookies or something?â Jisung asked quietly, making sure Jaemin couldnât hear him.
âI just said I finished the batch he gave me last week,â you whispered back. âI didnât mean for him to make more.â
âYou underestimate his desire to keep his friends happy and well-fed,â he replied. You watched as Jaemin carefully measured out a portion of vanilla extract and felt a surge of warmth filling your chest.
âI love him,â you smiled fondly.
âMe too,â Jisung agreed. Jaemin stopped mixing and turned around to find the two of you looking at him in the doorway.
âI love you!â you said louder so he could hear you this time.
He smiled and instinctively made a heart with his arms, accidentally sending a small cloud of flour onto his hair.
âWho said these cookies are for you, though?â Jaemin asked, putting his hands on his hips. You narrowed your eyes and glared at him.
âIâm kidding; it was supposed to be a surprise but they are, and I love you too.â
[1:50pm] Your best friend and dorm mate Mingi is really glad you donât have class on the day when he usually does his laundry, so he can run into the common room and give you a hug with a warm sweater fresh out of the dryer every time.

synopsis: After the war arrives and forces you to leave the only planet youâve known for your entire life, seven boys with a spaceship help you realize what it means to be home.
warnings: references to trauma, losing oneâs home, and fleeing from war, none of which are described in detail
Mark found you alone on the observation deck, a quiet corner of the ship unlike any other. It was calm, unlike the cockpit with its countless levers and flashing lights all demanding your immediate and urgent attention. It was open, unlike the tight sleeping quarters youâd grown used to over the past couple of months, where you could roll over in your sleep and nearly hit one of your companions in the next bunk over. (Donghyuck had bluntly introduced the space as âcrampedâ when youâd first come onboard, but compared to your previous sleeping arrangements, sharing a room with people you felt safe around - no matter how small the room or how numerous the people - felt cozy more than anything else.)
Most importantly, the deck faced the outside of the ship, with a large, unobstructed window that gave the room its name. It was here where Mark found you, looking out of the window and onto the green planet below. You offered no verbal greeting when he came in but moved over a step so he could enjoy the view as well, a silent gesture of hospitality heâd grown quite fond of. This wasnât the first time heâd found you here, after all.Â
The sounds of the others laughing and chatting in the next room over were muffled, but not entirely unnoticeable. As Mark joined you in gazing at the world beneath the ship, he couldnât help but marvel at how something that looked so peaceful from the outside could contain such chaos and destruction on the ground. With a pang he realized that you, too, were standing next to him in peaceful silence, carrying a pain within that he was more familiar with than he should have been at his age. Suddenly he was overcome by the urge to do something about it, even if he didnât know exactly what.
âHey, Iâm-â
âDonât.âÂ
He stopped. Your tone was not harsh, but soft, almost gentle. Somehow that only made him sadder, although he couldnât explain why.Â
âYou donât have to be sorry,â you continued, knowing him well enough by now to predict where this conversation was going. âItâs not like you started it.âÂ
âI know, butâŠâÂ
He struggled to find the words to express himself, but they remained elusive.Â
âI know,â he said finally.Â
You remained in silence for several minutes, neither one of you taking your eyes off of the green marble that seemed at once too close and too far for your own comfort. Too close were the memories of your leaving. Too far was the past you could never return to again.Â
âYouâve been away from home for a long time,â Mark said quietly after a few more moments had passed. He raised his eyes to look at you, still staring out of the window with an unreadable expression. You thought about this.Â
You knew what he meant. By your count it had been 72 days since youâd left the green planet, and in that sense he was right. It was a long time. But it was also enough time for you to realize that your home had been gone long before youâd even left the atmosphere. By the time Mark had met you, hanging around an abandoned shipyard, hoping to find a pilot who could take you off-world, the home that you knew was already gone.
Beyond the walls of the observation deck, you could hear the other six excitedly telling stories - or perhaps passionately engaging in a game of cards, judging by the yelling.Â
Do you know how to play 7 Moons? Jisung had asked you on your first night onboard. Youâd shaken your head no. It was one of the few questions youâd gotten on the ship that day that you could answer truthfully. âHow are you?â was not one of them.Â
Itâs okay, Jisung had said. Iâll teach you.Â
Mark had fretted. A card game, with everything thatâs going on? youâd heard him whispering to Donghyuck. But you were grateful. The game was simple, though not easy, and Jisung was patient. It was good for holding your attention. Taking your mind off things. Later, Chenle told you that Jisung had found the instructions tucked away in a spare drawer on the ship and memorized them the first night after heâd left his planet, too.Â
A soft beep from the homeostasis controls brought you back to the observation deck, now beginning to shift into energy conservation mode for the night. By the fuss that was coming from the ship interior it sounded like Jeno had lost the game and earned dish-washing duty for tomorrow.Â
Dish-washing privileges, Jaemin had clarified with a grin the first time youâd lost and tied with Renjun for last place.Â
You only call it that when youâre not the one washing dishes, Renjun had pointed out in annoyance.Â
Canât we have one game without bickering? Mark had pleaded, rubbing his temples tiredly. Youâd smiled, and for the first time in a long time youâd realized you were beginning to feel truly safe in a place other than the planet you used to know.Â
You turned to find Mark looking at you, his statement still hanging in the air, unanswered.
Youâve been away from home for a long time.
âI was,â you said finally, just as your friends next door erupted into a burst of cheers. âBut Iâm not anymore.âÂ
