LiveFit is ON!! Need to clear up a couple things... 1. Yes, If you have a bite of pizza, it weighs the same as if you had an entire piece of pizza. 1.5 on the first offense, 1 point thereafter. If you have 1 bite of a piece of pizza it's only one offense. If you take 3 bites, it's still one offense. The intention here is to make people consider what is passing through their lips. We are trying to avoid a common die pitfall--"Grazing". We want to avoid a cracker here, and a small cookie there, "oh, that's not my glass of wine--can I have another sip?" At the same time, we're trying to enable people to lose points, but not lose heart. 2. This is what we want you to do with items you're unsure with. Either, eat it and gamble with whether or not you will lose points, or don't eat it for now and wait until we clarify it. 3. Lastly, the committee of advisers on this thing decided tonight that we would allow trace amounts of sugar that are taken in with protein shakes. Our thinking is that we are trying to enable people to attain something greater with this thing. Protein shakes are not the best possible choice with nutrition, but they are incredibly helpful for people who are learning to cut out unhealthier options, or learning how to intake enough protein. It was fun to talk with people today about this stuff. There is an overwhelming sense of positivity coming from our people. Stay tuned for more ideas on what to eat, and what to stay away from. Please ask questions if these things need some clarification. Don't forget, sometimes the answer is a google search away...
