OK i want the arkao specific doodles to have their own post

arkao and his protector alter domin (who is essentially fray for them). they have a healthy relationship, promise

ok so this is silly it's arkao's little alter gils forcing zenos to play "wolves and karakuls" with him (basically warrior cats)

some shippy art, him and alphinaud on the left and his azem agape with hermes. kinda. i added wings just cuz

i JUSTlike drawing him angelic and naked okay. what can i say. then the last one is just him and alphi again. reminder they are only a couple years apart and both adults at this point in msq. anyway one day I'll do proper intimate art of them. iluvthemsomuch ;_;<3

this painting is based on a screenshot but with some tweaks. fray now watches over his lover from afar. lucient is smiling. and his hair is up in a ponytail, because his ponytail is so cute. among some other things ^___^

this art is many things. a release of much grief. but it was inspired by an extremely heavy fic focused on the aftermath of the torture of alisaie and alphinaud, "Limit Break." if you choose to read, please engage with caution. it is not for the faint at heart.

alphinaud and arkao drew eachother o////o<3

alphinaud has a canon artstyle which is cool! he is very painterly even when he is sketching. he will use stains and crosshatching to render always. his lines are more sure. he strives for veristic realism and is skilled in portraits above all else.

arkao does not shade because he was never tutored in art and doesn't draw for artistic merit, but rather for observation — he is better at drawing animals than people for this reason. his lines are more obviously sketchy and unclean, and the detail is quite simplified, only focusing on what matters to him.
