Due to that thing the rest of us, other than Crystal, call reality we have been sadly remiss in our duties to educate and laugh at Crystal Cox. Though it seems she and some of her weird new friends in the Batshit Crazy cave have been doing our job for us.
You see Crystal has tried to make some sort of meaning out of Righthaven, Steve Gibson (CEO of Righthaven), Stephens Media, Todd Kincannon, and Marc Randazza, by linking them all together in some sort of weird conspiracy involving Porn, the Las Vegas Review-Journal (A newspaper), Magical Hocus Pocus, knpr (a radio station), and the Illuminati. Or was that Lizard aliens? (who can understand Monica Foster's weirdness)
All this weirdness can be found on Crystal's own blogs which we wont link to anymore from here since all that is doing is giving her more revenue for her link farms thereby enabling her to keep up with her vilifying and extorting ways.

Is Crystal in serious need of a learning experience?
As we stated in our last post, "it's time to get serious" so lets get serious!

As most people understand you are never too old or too young to learn, life itself is a learning experience, whether it is a cruel one or an enjoyable one full of wonder we leave to the student to understand. Though in Crystal's case the lesson on not attempting to extort, intimidate nor interfere with a witness has seemingly not been taught, or if it has it must of slipped through the cracks of her DERP (Deluded & Erratic Reality Distortion) Field.
See there is a well known common sense law that is part of United States Code - Title 18 (Crimes and Criminal Procedure) that states that "Tampering with a Witness, Victim, or Informant" is a Federal crime punishable by up to 20 years in jail, which means students, that Crystal may (and we think Crystal's definition of may would be correct here) be placed into playground detention for a while.
Here for those still awake, is the actual relevant parts of the 18 USC § 1512 code that pertain to our, and especially Crystals, learning experience with extraneous bits taken out for brevity and emphasis (bold) added on what we think are very good teaching points, though as any student should, please follow the link to the highly serious website at Cornell University where the whole codes section can be read and interpreted by all.
18 USC § 1512 - TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS, VICTIM, OR AN INFORMANT
[ (a) removed since it relates to murder and attempted murder ]
(b) Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to—
(1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;
(2) cause or induce any person to—
(A) withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from an official proceeding;

shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

(e) In a prosecution for an offense under this section, it is an affirmative defense, as to which the defendant has the burden of proof by a preponderance of the evidence, that the conduct consisted solely of lawful conduct and that the defendant’s sole intention was to encourage, induce, or cause the other person to testify truthfully.
(f) For the purposes of this section—
(1) an official proceeding need not be pending or about to be instituted at the time of the offense; and
(2) the testimony, or the record, document, or other object need not be admissible in evidence or free of a claim of privilege.
(g)In a prosecution for an offense under this section, no state of mind need be proved with respect to the circumstance—
(1) that the official proceeding before a judge, court, magistrate judge, grand jury, or government agency is before a judge or court of the United States, a United States magistrate judge, a bankruptcy judge, a Federal grand jury, or a Federal Government agency; or
(2) that the judge is a judge of the United States or that the law enforcement officer is an officer or employee of the Federal Government or a person authorized to act for or on behalf of the Federal Government or serving the Federal Government as an adviser or consultant.
(h) There is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under this section.
(i) A prosecution under this section or section 1503 may be brought in the district in which the official proceeding (whether or not pending or about to be instituted) was intended to be affected or in the district in which the conduct constituting the alleged offense occurred.

It is because we care. We care for society, we care for future victims, and we care about Crystal herself.

On Monday January 16th, 2012, 2:30 PM Crystal allegedly sends Mr Randazza an email stating
"Hi Marc, hope this email finds you doing well. When I thought we may work together i bought http://www.marcrandazza.com/ - to control the search, and pr on my case, if you represented me.. I manage it now, as ownership is well.. a different story now due to my current judgement..

On March 8th, 2012 Crystal receives a notification stating that Mr Randazza is being subpoenaed to produce and permit inspection of "all non-privileged communication with Crystal Cox and/or Eliot Bernstein regarding the domain name www.marcrandazza.com". Notice the non-priviledged part that Crystal's DERP Field refuses to acknowledge.

March 7th 2012, this was the Day that Tonkon Torp Attorney David Aman, for the Plaintiff in attempting to execute on a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement Signed a Subpoena to Marc Randazza. On March 8th as my own Attorney, in my Pro Se Capacity I get an Email with a Copy of the Marc Randazza Deposition Subpoena.
After this, the Use of MarcRandazza.com took a Turn.
Ok so on March 10th, 2012 I am pissed off and want to Expose Marc Randazza before his deposition to "Frame ME", so I buy FuckMarcRandazza.com - MarcRandazzaSucks.com ... and I publicize these names best I can, he knows they went up, I saw him on my Statcounter. Ok so then on March 12th I buy more domain names to keep building blogs on, such as MarcJRandazza.com and Marc John Randazza .com ..
So at this point I Got notably into the Search Engines with my story about my experience with Marc Randazza First Amendment Attorney.
Ok, so at this point I am really PISSED off and offended, as Marc Randazza was planning on giving a Deposition and I assumed emailed me this to set me up for Extortion, so On the 13th of March, 2012 I researched Deeper into the Marc Randazza - Sandra Fluke - Rush Limbaugh Scandal.
I had pushed the "expose Marc Randazza blogs" and Marc Randazza certainly knew they were out there.. then on the 13th of March, after I was researching the Sandra Fluke Slut Comments, Rush Limbaugh and Marc Randazza connections in the Search Engines I found this blog post on Marc Randazza's blog.

Anyway, so then I thought to myself, what a Hypocrite, defending Rush Limbaugh and talking like this about his own knocked up wife. And there was her name in that post, in that way, so I took a look and there it was, Domain Name Available, so I bought it and I bought the other one he is so upset about which I have never mentioned or publicized in ANY way, nor will I. It was bought to prove that Marc Randazza is not who he claims to be, OH in my OPINION.
As most of you know by now, I have bought the dot com of countless names of individuals over the years for various reasons. So why subpoena ONLY ONE of them in an asset probe? See, what really happened is Marc Randazza was pissed, he wanted an easy way to steal the domain name instead of going through legal channels and filing a WIPO Complaint to go through a process and let a panel decide who has a legal righ to the Domain Name.
So Marc Randazza seemed to have cut a deal with the Plaintiff, the very one he was going to represent me against. And so Marc Randazza was flying to Portland to give a Deposition regarding my assets. I was still pro see in the execution of a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement and all of the sudden the center of the entire case was now surrounding one $10 Domain Name that I purchased AFTER the $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement was Entered.
So I emailed this document to Marc Randazza, as I am Pro Se, he emailed right back and said I do not open attachments from this email. So I sent it again in the body of the email. As my own attorney I have a right to ask these question..

Uh uh, be sure to tell us when he follows through Crystal, because if he feels he cannot due to your emotional abusive and/or extortion like actions against his daughter, other family members, and even work colleagues, we are sure the deposition will be placed on hold until at such time as that person who is initiating those actions is placed in a position of not being able to do such.That is if he actually had to attend in person.
Then again, according to 18 USC § 1512(d) he can still give the deposition (as he is compelled to) and the attempt to do the above is still enough to place Crystal into detention with all the other naughty boys and girls.

What if there were a conspiracy, and nobody knew about it? What if nobody could know about it because the conspirators removed all evidence of its existence? What if it was part of a sinister brotherhood that planned to conquer the world and had the people to do it? What if they were planning to do it tomorrow? What could be done to stop them; what could even be done to discover their very existence?
There are certain organizational principles that successful conspiracies tend to follow, and an understanding of these can help us to uncover that which would ordinarily be un-uncoverable.
FIRST: because all evidence of the conspiracy's existence has been removed, the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. On the contrary, because one can find evidence of virtually anything, whether it actually exists or not, finding some evidence in and of itself proves nothing. Since we know that the conspirators have removed all evidence of their conspiracy, we must deduce the conspiracy's existence by looking for conspicuous absence of any evidence of its existence. Having searched for, but not found, evidence of a conspiracy, we must then logically conclude that there is, in fact, a conspiracy, and further, that the conspirators are extremely clever and therefore very dangerous.
SECOND: Conspiracies tend to have five members. This makes it difficult if not impossible for an outsider to keep track of the conspiracy should it somehow be discovered. This is how it works: Any conspiracy is composed of members who communicate with every other person in the conspiracy, and thus the conspiracy can be defined in terms of persons who communicate with each other to a common end.
Persons within a conspiracy can form a sub-conspiracy with necessarily fewer members. The number of possible combinations of sub-conspiracies within a conspiracy increases with the size of the major conspiracy. For example, a conspiracy of 2 has only one possible combination, and therefore no sub-conspiracies; a conspiracy of 3 can have 3 sub-conspiracies of 2, a conspiracy of 4 can have 6 sub-conspiracies of 2, three pairs of sub-conspiracies of 2 and 4 sub-conspiracies of 3 for a total of 14 possible combinations of (sub) conspiracies. For a conspiracy of 5, the number of possible combinations is so great that it is not feasible for an outsider to keep track of them all, thus affording a measure of security via complexity. In a conspiracy of more than 5, the conspirators themselves have trouble keeping track of all the possible combinations of conspiracies, thus they tend to limit their numbers to 5.
THIRD: In addition to secrecy and complexity, another method of security is Ignorance.
It is an axiom among the intelligence community that the most secure, and therefore the potentially most effective agent is one who does not know that he is an agent.
The same is true for conspirators. If caught, they cannot reveal what they do not know; yet the conspiracy is only dependent on what they do, not what they know. Therefore, in a conspiracy that is observing proper security measures, -none- of the conspirators would know that they are part of a conspiracy, in order to confuse the enemy and avoid suspicion. Therefore, whether or not a conspirator believes s/he is part of a conspiracy is not a valid indicator.
How do we identify the conspirators, having proved the existence of the conspiracy by observing a total absence of evidence of its existence?
Since the conspirators are members of a larger organization, which ultimately runs the conspiracy, we must look for common factors among members of our own organization that would tend to indicate that some of our members are also members of some other organization that might be plotting to take over the world.
Do some people give others secret handshakes?
Do some wear some sort of insignia?
Do some people make obscure jokes that seem only to be funny to a few others?
Do some seem to sit off in a group by themselves, talking about God-knows-what?
Watch for these signs!
They are indicators of a group affiliation, and since we know that there is a conspiracy within our organization, we must assume that this group that some of our people are affiliated with is the organization that is behind the conspiracy.
Remember: conspiracies usually have five members, although it would be just like a conspiracy to have a different number, just to confuse us. But let us start by assuming that they number five. First we must observe deviant behaviors by groups within our group and make not of the individual identities. We must then observe how these individuals interact, and with whom, in order to establish patterns of conspiracies within the conspiracy. And we must keep dossiers on all of these individuals so that we can keep track of their activities and contacts.
We must be ever vigilant, lest we be drawn down and consumed by the conspiracies for world domination. As foulness we shall know them; their hand is at our throats. Their habitation is even one with our guarded threshold. We rule now where they ruled once; they shall soon rule where we rule now. After winter is summer, after summer, winter; they wait, patient and potent, for tomorrow belongs to them.

Why do we state this travesty of etymological proportions.
Well Crystal has once again helped define what to any reasonable, semi-intelligent, or even semi-illiterate person this word means, as the complete and bleeding opposite of what it actually should be.
In her latest treatise on why she is more equal than anyone else and why the world must Respect Her Authoritah! we notice the following at the misnamed website of "Investigative Blogger" [and here we thought Ethics Complaint was irony incarnate]
Here is the Disclaimer in this Email Thread Regarding the Communication, Privileged Communication Between Crystal Cox Defendant in Her Pro Se Capacity and Opposing Counsel David Aman, Tonkon Torp Law Firm.

This misled me, deceived me, in my Pro Se Capacity, that along with the fact that the lawsuit had already been filed, a cease and desist already sent and I was responding to David Aman, Attorney for the Plaintif CONTACTING ME.

Can you see it? The destruction, the horror, the pain that may now endures, when someone of Crystals highly investigative blogging caliber shows the world that she and she alone can tell that may = must and must =! may.

Now you might be asking, What is our issue with lesbians.
Nothing, we don't care if someone is Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay, Hetrosexual, Transexual, black, white, yellow, or purple polka dotted with trisexual tentacles, though that would be strange - but awesome. The reason we bring this to your attention is Crystal Cox in her infinite batshit craziness has basically destroyed the whole site for her personal Ego trip and to confront the demons in her head that keep whispering that Marc Randazza is her sworn enemy and must be destroyed by using bad capitalization.
Yes you guessed it the top post which takes up two pages is all about Marc. Don't bother reading it, it's the same post on countless other sites we have all seen, and will again, and again, and ad infi-fuckin-nitem.
Why would you do this Crystal, is it not enough that you are bringing the Legal and Technology fraternities down upon you, you now have to bring Lesbians into your madness?

So being the Deep Diggers that we have been asked to be, we went digging. Though we first had to go back to a post by Anonymous Insider at The Volokh Conspiracy where they stated that:

This resulted in the following Post being discovered on the monthly archive for September, 2010 that had the url of http://www.summit1031bkjustice.com/?p=2940 though that url could not be specifically accessed since the Wayback Machine has a problem with variable urls (talk to a tech head for reasons why) the full post (it wasn't long) could be fully read thankfully.

It seems that the Slashdot community has been rehashing the Crystal Cox situation with, as you would expect, a lot of comments about what is and isn't Free Speech though very few actually agreeing with anything Crystal has done, and a majority calling for criminal sanctions.

I had the dubious honor of having to deal with this piece of shit about two years ago.
Many years ago, I worked on a project called Movielink [wikipedia.org] which was one of the first "download now, watch later" movie services, originally under the auspices of Sony Pictures. We launched a beta site in 2001, and I left to work on other projects.
Ten years later, I was contacted by one of the (ex) Sony Pictures folks, asking for help with a net stalker. All he had was a bunch of threatening emails, one of which had been sent from a standard mail client not Hush or a remailer. The IP was pretty easy, since it pointed to a group of properties (on one big plot) all owned by this Cox woman. (150 Grave Creek Rd, Eureka, MT 59917, 710 Grave Creek Rd, Eureka, MT 59917, 830 Grave Creek Rd Eureka, MT 59917) Once uncovered, she pulled out the stops and registered every possible permutation of my friend's name with "fuck" preceding or appended to each name. She must have registered fifty domains, and was making ridiculous claims about patent theft, and directly asking my friend for money to "shut down her investigative efforts."
We got lucky, I guess. In the cleartext email, she directly threatened my friend that she would "ruin him just for fun." Since she was in court with Obsidian, I wrote an amicus (jailhouse lawyer, remember? B) and promised I would send it to the Court and Obsidian's counsel the next day if she didn't transfer every domain with my friends name to him immediately. No threats. We never heard from her again, but every domain was transferred to my friend.
Her site still tops her own Google results. Why is this still a civil issue?
Normally, we would regard this allegation with a skeptical eye, though with a bit of "investigative blogging" of our own, using Google search on the terms movielink and Crystal Cox, we discovered that the links shown have indeed been removed (though not all of them) and on face value their is reasonable proof that droopus is exactly whom they appear to be, someone who has had the dubious displeasure of dealing with Ms Cox.
Whoever droopus is we feel you and your friends anguish and are amazed that his and your mental state has not been affected. The alleged amicus brief that you wrote, would be an extremely interesting read and the public at large would be extremely grateful if it could somehow be provided without breaching any pre-existing agreements you had with Ms Cox.
Especially since the links in question regarding your friends name might of been removed (though sadly still exist under Google cache and Wayback machine) the posts referring to Movielink, Sony, and presumably your friends identity within there, most definitely still exist. It is up to you
We found this while laughing hilariously, Ok Ok, giggling like girls (in our defense we were all a bit drunk) reading Salty Droid's latest blast at his and our favorite loon Crystal Cox (more will be written when we aren't so *hic*).
