hello my tumblr friends!

as usual i preface everything with ‘i don’t post much here anymore’ BUT i think this is something worth posting, especially if you followed me for my art!

on january 30th my art is going to be in RAW’s show Reflect in Milwaukee on January 30th at the rave eagles club! WOAH! i’m super excited about it! i’ve never been in an art show before! i’m really hoping this will give me the opportunity to make connections in the field and finally get me closer to getting my dream job!

even if you can’t attend, buying a ticket will help me IMMENSELY because i gotta sell like 20 of those things and i don’t think i even know 20 people. maybe this thing will help me meet new people? i hope it does!

but i do hope you attend! if not for my art, just for the experience! i hear it’s pretty fun. it features artists from all over the country and the entire thing ends in a fashion show. the rave is a pretty cool venue, too!

LIL FUN UPDATES I’VE LEARNED ABOUT THE #RAWMILWAUKEE SHOW!

💖 BARS?? they’re gonna have like three bars! that’s pretty cool! 💖 there will be live music and a DJ throughout the entire event! 💖 the show ends with a fashion show! 💖 there will be interactive booths with live painters and artisans selling their wares. i myself will be selling some prints and keychains and stickers! 💖 it is listed as an 18+ event but i’d say it’s more like a pg-13 event. there may be artistic nude photos (no nude models!) and the bands may have some swearing in their songs or whatever. teenage attendees are welcome! 💖 even if you can’t attend, tickets are only $22 and will GREATLY help me with this! REMEMBER: the show is January 30th at the Rave in Milwaukee at 7:00pm! you can purchase tickets on the bottom left corner of the link above! hope to see you there!!
