Encanto Thoughts

There's this one line in All of You that i love. Its basically when Camilo says "So we gonna talk about Bruno?" and Antonio replies "That's Bruno?". At first I thought it was a plot hole because that wasn't the first time Antonio had met Bruno, even in the movie.

I feel like this really highlights Antonio's character because he found who he thought was a random guy living in his walls, but he trusted Mirabel enough not to worry about it. Then he let Bruno use his room, and even gave him his new stuffed animal (a gift from Mirabel) "for the nerves". Antonio is so naturally kind that all he knew is that his cousin needed help and immediately stepped in to assist, no questions asked.

Encanto Headcannons pt 4

They were always a relatively close-knit family, but some members were closer than others;

Julieta and Dolores (Dolores always had a dinner suggestion that, conveniently, was almost always one of Bruno's favourites), Bruno, Camilo and Mirabel, and Pepa and Isabela.

Now Isabela being Señorita Perfecta got along with everyone, but especially her Tia Pepa, because they're gifts so closely entertwined, both benefiting flora and being tied to their emotions. Their bond kind of faded as Isabela got older, and started to feel the strain of pressure Alma put on her and the rest of the family, but after they got back the miracle, they would spend hours in the garden, Isa growing flowers, and Pepa creating clouds to rain on them. They both loved gardening and Pepa encouraged Isabela to grow other plants, and explore the limits of her gift. Isabela in turn encouraged Pepa not to hold back her powers, to feel everything, because she knew what it was like to have to hide your emotions to please others. Their favourite plants to grow was the Venus Flytrap, which they placed at the entrance to their garden. Interestingly enough it only snapped at people they didn't want in the garden.

This is a bit of a confusing comparison so stay with me:

Clint and Natasha= Alexander and Angelica

Now hear me out, both requited loves that were never acted upon because of another love interest: ✨the wife✨ aka the super nice but also lowkey badass love interest.

Both major friendship goals and somehow perfectly compliment each other, humour matches, intelligence matches, both definitely have a ton of inside jokes and probably makes everyone else feel like third wheels (including the wives). Both have most definitely been mistaken for a couple and both have an unexpectedly good relationship with the actual love interest.
