Imagine Dib using his dad's 3D flesh printer to create an alien disguise like in the intern comic. Except he uses it to blend in on an alien planet that he's followed Zim to, thinking he's going there to buy some black market weapons or something. He gets into a bar where he thinks Zim is going to meet with a dealer. Zim ends up mistaking him for the dealer and he plays along, hoping to get Zim to reveal his plans. But then it turns out it wasn't an arms deal; it was an alien Grindr date.
Although "Dab" as he calls himself looks nothing like his picture, Zim thinks he can get into it. His face is... tolerable. Kind of strangely familiar, somehow.
Not wanting to blow his cover, Dib goes along with it. He tries not to lead Zim on too much even though his flirtations are kinda getting him hot and bothered. Despite his efforts to keep Zim at arm's length, they end up in a hotel room making out on the bed. Dib wants it so bad, but he knows there's no way they can do it without blowing his cover, and it'd be fucked up to sleep with Zim under false pretenses regardless. So he finally breaks character. But it turns out Zim's not as oblivious as he seems. He figured it out awhile ago and is totally still DTF if Dib's up for it.
