like a compromised yes. he is very stressed and fatigued, mainly because he wants to maintain his position in the group as it is now and stop the group from fragmenting further. he is trying his best to think rationally as he is the leader. he is just trying to look for a clear path ahead because the fog in the group's career is very heavy. 3oW reversed is basically that the future is not clear, he can't even see where things will go in a few months from now. the whole reason he is still considering contract renewal is he is not ready to give up yet. he is actively planning to renew but it's very stressful.
