Her lore + Backstory: (still a work in progress)
Hannah (LBP) is the daughter of the Negativitron, though the only true relation these two have are her purple bat wings. Hannah is nothing like her father, and lives her life trying to right the wrongs of her dad by giving back the fun and creativity to craftworld that her father destroyed.
Growing up, she despised her dad and hated what he was doing to craftworld, but before Sackboy, she had no hope that she could do anything to define him. When she found Sackboy in the cosmos and learns about his plan to defeat her father, she found the hope she needed to stop him for good.
Her relationship with her dad is very complicated, because he is the embodiment of negativity, he has no love for her whatsoever. Hannah, however, has some love for him, and she is incredibly torn about how to feel seeing him be defeated (and ultimately killed in front of her). She knew that he would never stop otherwise, but she moreso mourned the idea of him changing and being a good father than him himself. She will always wish she was enough for him to love, but there's nothing she could've done to make the literal embodiment of negativity feel love.
The alliance (and the rest of craftworld) had no idea that she even existed, but they wasted no time in showing her what a true family looks like. For the first time in her life, she learned what familial love was like, and she wanted to bring this feeling back to Craftworld, so she did. After the events of LBP2, Hunter stayed close with Sackboy and eventually followed him to the events of LBP3 and became close with Newton and eventually meeting my other OC, Hunter (LBP).
Hannahs two biggest fears are becoming like her father (the Negativitron), and the confirmation that her father doesn't love her. During the events of "Sackboy: A Big Adventure," Vex uses both of these fears against her.
When Hannah goes with Sackboy to fight against Vex, the nightmare Vex shows her is her similarities to her father. "I see your fathers strength in you, why don't you help me bring him back? You can have another chance at having a dad, and another chance to make him proud of you. Isn't that all you ever wanted?"
"We could even program some fatherly love into him, make him love you this time around, doesn't that sound nice?" and when that doesn't work, he switches tactics from trying to convince her to join him and instead tries to break her to ensure she wouldn't fight against him.
He uses her second biggest fear against her, the confirmation that he never loved her, that there was nothing she could do to make him love her. "He wasn't made to love, not a single part of him was capable of loving you, even his own daughter wasn't enough to fix that machine, you were never enough. No matter what you did, you would never be enough, and you still aren't. For as desperate as you are to have a father that loves you, the one true chance you got to make that happen, you turn it down. You really are selfish, like father like daughter I suppose."
I am definitely going to try doing an actual drawing of this idea because MAN I love Vex he is an awful guy and I'm going to put Hannah through the wringer (poor girl).
(If you draw fanart of her I will love you forever)
