This person messed with appreciation weeks.

She would harass elriels under tiktoks.

She went as far as to comment under elriel arts found on Pinterests.

She would constantly provoke elriels.

She made a horrible elriel one shot.

Apparently tried turning artists against elriels.

Antis were fine with her behavior. No one called her out. They even joined in. I can gurantee you, most of them have conspired together against elriels.

And now they’ve realised how horrible she was?

Elriels were right about her from the beginning.

Considering her ego and how cocky she was, the fact she’s abandoned ships speaks volumes.

Genuine question, where did antis get this idea that Elriels believe that Elain's healed from her trauma?

Since the CHD podcast, I keep seeing them celebrate the fact that SJM confirmed that Elain's struggling with her own shit and I'm like ???

I don't think I've ever seen an Elriel claim that Elain's 100% happy.

Obviously, the text has shown us that she's made friends (Nuala & Cerridwen), developed romantic feelings (Azriel) and has somewhat adjusted to her life as fae (even Nesta claims that Elain adjusted more than she did) but not once did we ever say that Elain's perfectly fine.

Whenever I see Elriel predictions about Elain in the next book, they always mention her having her own healing journey, just like Feyre & Nesta.

Besides, one of the most important pieces of evidence we like to refer to is SJM's interview in the special edition of ACOFAS. This one:

The part about Elain having dreams of ivy strangling her clearly indicates that she's likely going to be dealing with PTSD/nightmares when we get her POV.

So no, most Elriels certainly don't believe that Elain has already overcome her trauma🤦‍♀️

Why ACOTAR 6/7 isn’t as long as you think!

I see a lot of “this is gonna be a multi POV epic” assumptions but when you compare it to ACOSF, it’s not really that big. It’s not a trilogy, just one story being released in parts.

ACOSF Part 1: Novice is 268 pages compared to ACOTAR 6 with 352 pages.

ACOSF Part 2/3: Blade/Valkyrie is 647 pages compared to ACOTAR 7 with 928 pages.

Just imagine it like Nesta’s book being released in parts. That’s what we’re getting with Elain’s book. The perfect format for our seer!

It’s important to me that you know forced marriage is not the same thing as marriage of convenience or even arranged marriage in romance.

It’s important to me that you know that.

Forced marriage trope does not exist in romance.

Forced marriage, when used in romance, is what the fmc is running from when she meets the mmc of the story.

Arranged marriage, when used in romance between the mc’s, is when the fmc and mmc already have an established relationship/connection, tension, possible feelings, all before the arrangement is known to the two. The arrangement is what causes more tension and even disconnect but because there were already feelings and connections before, it works out in the end.

Marriage of convenience, when used in romance, is when both parties agree on the arrangement and develop feelings overtime throughout their marriage.

It’s important to me that you know that.

Sarah literally refers to Eluciens bond as a forced marriage. That is not sexy, romantic, or even ship worthy in romance. Stop acting like being forced into a marriage is a popular and sexy trope, it’s not.

Sarah also reiterated that Elain was/felt betrayed by Lucien. Not only is this backed up in the text but Lucien himself acknowledges it. It’s not up for debate or interpretation, it’s literally how it’s written.

If you choose to listen to some random Instagram user who actively gaslights people into thinking what the author herself is saying is wrong, I’m sorry. Sarah was as straightforward as she could be; there’s absolutely no need for an “interpretation” of an interview.

If you feel the need to give an interpretation (full of opinions mind you) of an interview, that’s a you problem and you should probably unpack that. If you’re so fragile that you can’t handle what the author is saying and it isn’t what you wanted to hear (even though it’s things we already know) then you should probably grasp reality and move on.

people who say that elriels ship vassien 'to get lucien out of the way so elain and azriel can be together' sound so dumb because lucien IS NOT IN THE WAY! ELAIN WAS READY TO KISS AZRIEL WHILST LUCIEN WAS UPSTAIRS! SHE IS NOT INTERESTED IN HIM! IF HE WAS IN THE WAY, ELAIN WOULD BE HESITANT TO GET WITH AZRIEL BUT SHE IS NOT! BECAUSE SHE HAS NEVER AND WILL NEVER BE INTO HIM!
