Me, reading FMA, which is set in a universe where alchemy is real and the main villain is a 500 year old homunculus that swallowed half a country’s souls and then tried to absorb god: how does automail even work? There’s so much metal sticking out of skin wouldn’t something get infected? Wouldn’t Ed outgrow the ports too because he got them at 11?
