Simmons: This decision should be left up to him… he has already voiced his opposition to anything like this… I was deeply against it at first… He would want us to consider the ramifications…

The most heartbreaking scene in the season finale…
Agent May Appreciation Post (6x13)
I feel like no one is talking about Tony and Steve’s confrontation scene, but it’s so important!!! can we please just take a moment and appreciate this, because it was such a much needed scene. “I needed you. You weren’t there.” holds so much depth and hurt. Tony felt betrayed and alone, he felt like he lost a friend he could count on. And finally after so long, he let out everything he wanted to say. As for Steve, he finally realized how truly hurt Tony was and still is. He could see how much impact it had on him and he could feel it up close at last. Tony needed to snap at him and Steve needed to hear this out, so they could both finally move on.
Spoiler warning.
Let’s talk about the badass that is Pepper Stark.
She went into a massive battle head first with no experience, for her husband. The love of her life, who she knew she would inevitably lose.
But I also want to talk about that scene, where Peter goes flying through the air, and Pepper comes in like “don’t worry, I’ve got you kid” that isn’t just Pepper saving someone’s ass. That’s Pepper saving her son’s ass. The relationship Peter and Tony built up over them three years between homecoming and infinity war, they would have been three years where Peter also builds a relationship with Pepper. You know damn well that kid would mean just as much to her as he did to Tony. They even both use the same nickname. And then you saw how gentle she was with him as he cried over Tony. She let him be the one with Tony first, she let him be there for him. Then the fact that May was at Tony’s funeral, I think that shows that there was also a development of relationship between them, the three parental figures in peters life. Whilst May is 100% Peter’s mother figure in life, Pepper was just as much a loving parent figure to Peter in that time. Just as Tony was a dad figure to him.
It was not just her husband, who she loved dearly, who she was fighting beside and for, it was her makeshift Family, and no one will tell me otherwise.
Of course Bucky knew!
This is the exact same words Steve and Bucky exchanged at a time they both knew they would get separated for a very long time and possibly not see each other again.
That’s their way of saying goodbye.
They talked about it.
Bucky knew.
Of all the iconic lines in Endgame, the only thing I can remember was Carol saying “Hey Peter Parker. You got something for me?” because just the way she fuckin delivered that line had me melting in my chair
There’s one thing for sure

“You alright?” “Always.”
People/things I will defend with my last dying breath:
1. Natasha Romanoff deserves just as much attention for her sacrifice as Tony
2. Steve Rogers’ happy ending wasn’t bad and he deserved it
3. Natasha Romanoff is important, a great character, and her death was devastating
4. Steve Rogers did not leave Bucky behind (did u guys even watch the movie BUCKY KNEW and he could’ve asked to also be sent back but he didn’t smh)
5. Natasha Romanoff deserved an on-screen funeral even if it made this already crazy-long-ass movie longer
6. Tony Stark was (oof typing that for the first time hurts) a great hero but also a perfectly flawed character which made him even better
6. Natasha Romanoff
7. Steve Rogers
8. Tony Stark
Tell my family I love them. You tell them yourself.
11 years (2008 - 2019).
When Infinity War came out, when I saw Gamora’s death on screen, I was under the assumption that it was used solely to try and make Thanos a more sympathetic villain. I was appalled and disappointed that she was alone when she died, barring the man who murdered her, who abused her all her life and dared call himself her father.
But when I saw Natasha’s death on screen, I knew that it wasn’t the purpose at all. Gamora’s death was meant to show us how wrong it was, how delusional and self involved Thanos was. We weren’t meant to sympathize with him because he “had” to kill his daughter for the good of the universe. We were meant to be angry. It was meant to solidify Thanos’ place as the irredeemable villain.
Because when Natasha died, she had to fight to do it. That scene between her and Clint showed us true sacrifice. They were willing to die themselves, but they weren’t willing to give each other up. They sacrificed more than Thanos ever could. Both Gamora and Natasha deserved better, deserved so much more than what was handed to them.
There was a point to it all. Those scenes mirrored each other in a way I wasn’t expecting.
Natasha.
