I had so many problems with the main female lead in animes and mangas because they were so abusive and mean and like the guy isn't a mind reader can you tell him instead of punching him for not getting what you don't say? Like The Familiar of Zero, or Love Hina, the guy ends up with the abusive female lead and I'm like nope, they shouldn't. It's not romantic, they are gonna be in abusive relationships forever. As a woman I am not impressed by these girls.

I think in part the animation of this part hurts the perception of it, and how the writting its such a mess, but like do you think Morrigan would be comfortable fucking any guy like that doesn't bother her at all to get pregnant with any random man. She doesn't want to fuck Alistair either. She has reasons to do it, and in some worldstates is specifically to save your fucking life and the one of a guy she doesn't even like so put some respect to her name. while we can and should acknowledge this is blatant misogynoir and fatphobia, it is an insidious form of mammification that has been present since the early days of film where black women, especially those who were heavyset, were not allowed to be seen as desirable. they existed to support others, damn their own wants, needs and desires.
