Today's Loki is here to save you and take you home. » . This pretty sums up Loki and I love him for it. My knowledge of the Norse gods and goddesses comes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I didn’t know anything but I was curious, and I finally decided to pick this one up. I think Norse Mythology was the perfect introduction to those myths. It was my first book by Neil Gaiman and I really liked his writing. Hello everyone! ☃️ . After this little time off IG and other social medias, I’m slowly coming back! It felt really good to log out for a while, but it’s also nice to be back ☺️ . I finished my reread of Harry Potter for the #20yrsofPotter read along and it was just AMAZING. I loved this series so much and I’m definitely planning another re-read for next year! . I’m still waiting on my copy of Queen of Air and Darkness to arrive… good news though, my pre-order has FINALLY been shipped! It comes from Australia, so I’m not expecting it to be in my hands before Christmas. The website says that it takes form 10 to 14 days to arrive in France, when everything goes as planned. So yeah, still not-so-patiently waiting 😂 . Christmas is in two weeks and I still have to buy most of my family’s presents… oops 😅 but I have ideas for everyone so that’s a bit more helpful. Rereading the Harry Potter series for the #20yrsofPotter made me realize how much I love Molly and Arthur Weasley. They are both so amazing and adorable. I love how they care for Harry like he was one of their own children. They have such a big heart. Molly is an incredible woman. And their family dynamic always warms my heart. . And, of course, I cannot talk about a parental figure without mentioning Julian Blackthorn. The way he took care of his siblings, the way they all became his responsibility, his children… it’s incredible, especially given the circumstances and the age he had when he took on that role. .
