GEONOSIS

Hello there!, Here's my latest shoot. In this one there's no lager story, it was just me playing around with these figures in the middle of the Dunas de Amealco, "Dunes of Amealco" which are nearby my home town in Querétaro in México.

I hope you enjoy them.

THE SERVANT (2022)

This is the first look at a larger story I've been reimagining, a way to fit the Mara Jade storyline into the Star Wars canon.

All the pictures were taken in Chapultepec Forest, I've used some stormtroopers and the Black Series' Krenic's Shuttle.

For these pictures, I wanted to get some sort of vintage look so I added some noise and blurring, all this and the VFX made in photoshop.

THE CREATURE (2022)

I imagined what would happen the first time the empire would explore the forest moon of Endor. An encounter between the warmth of the Ewoks and the cold imperial droids.

All of the pictures were taken in Chapultepec Forest. All the VFX was made in photoshop.

BACRANOS' CHARTS (2022)

These pictures were taken from 2020 to 2022 in México City, they are part of a larger project, which will include a novel, about Dr. Aphra looking for the Bacranos' navigation chart.

Most of the pictures were taken at home during the corona pandemic, using trays, and paper to simulate the backgrounds. I have also customized a C3-PO figure in order to create this rusted copper C7 protocol droid.

Another interveined figure was the Rathtar, which was repainted.

Again all visual effects were added with photoshop.

GUARDIAN OF THE ANCIENT TREE (2021)

This has been an amazing storyline from my imagination.

Playing around and thinking of a story in which Jedi master Luminara Unduli survives and makes some trouble for the Empire.

All pictures were taken from 2020 to 2021 in Mexico City, most of them in Chapultepec Park.

For this shoot, I used natural and artificial lighting and made most of the VFX in photoshop.

OPERATION AX (2020)

This is a post on which I worked during the first confinement. The pictures outdoors were taken a year before.

This is how I imagine the battle of Coruscant, with a bounty hunter hired by Sidious to plot the kidnapping of chancellor Palpatine, helped by the senator of the Trade Federation, and then they sabotaging the Republic’s Intelligence headquarters.

THE MAUSOLEUM

In the middle of the forest there was a gigantic structure that seemed like a palace. An enormous monument, beautifully crafted, large sculptures of Atlantic proportions flanked the beautiful building’s platform, there soon the sailer landed. The elegant ship was easily recognized, and who was his owner as well.

From it emerged the old man who was the loyal servant of the Dark Lord. He who was instrumental for the creation of the war, the fallen Jedi.

Dooku, knew what was going on, he needed to report to his master that the end of the war was unavoidable. He walked through the long bridge and he could see the enormous mausoleum. It was pretty early in that part of the planet, the fog was still present giving to the scene a more lugubrious feeling.

Then in front of the door that have the inscription “PALPATINE” on it, there was his master. Black clothed with half of his face covered by the hood.

My Lord -He kneeled. Lord Tyranus -Sidious looked back to him. I have failed you, my lord, the ring of the dammed was lost…

Sidious knew time was coming to fulfill the destiny of the galaxy.

So I have design this to happen, time has come my apprentice, to do what we must our revenge is soon to come -Sidious continue his step, and then Dooku raised.

The arrangements have been made, Besha is already working in Coruscant, and Grievous is mobilizing the fleet to strike as the moment comes… -Dooku’s voice sounded worried.

What is it, Lord Tyranus?- Sidious looked back.

My lord, if this mission fails….

This mission won’t fail, it shall be the keystone of our final victory. You have always been weak, but you must not forget, all this is our creation. Now time has come to harvest the fruits of our plans, then we shall finally rule the galaxy together as I have foreseen it.

The Dark Lord was confident, he was a master in the art of manipulation, he knew Dooku’s hesitation was natural, at the end it was the Sidious’ intention to replace his old apprentice.

This might be the last time we see each other, before we start Operation Ax. Do your duty, my apprentice, thus you shall receive your reward -Sidious disappeared within the fog, Dooku, was once again confident about his victory next to his master.
