Merry Christmas Everyone!!

I've been pretty quiet on here, but that doesn't mean I've stopped simming! First up I'd like to say thanks (and sorry!) to all the lovely people who've sent me messages :) I'm gonna try my best to reply to everyone asap!

For christmas I wanted to share something special - so here is the public release of the first version of my Decorating Tools mod (or S3DT)

Quick Description - This mod adds hotkeys to the game to allow you to move objects up/down, left/right and rotate in all directions, similar to T.O.O.L for TS4 PDF Guide included below!

MOD INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOAD BELOW THE CUT

This version is compatible with icarusallsorts' Transmogrifier Mod, and until I can figure out how to script it better, my mod actually REQUIRES it in order for them to be compatible together.

*** EDIT - For some, you might need to use CTRL + SHIFT + Click to bring up object menus! ***

If you would like a version that does not require the Transmogrifier (but is therefore incompatible) send me a message!

FUTURE PLANS: - Adapting movement depending on camera direction - Adding a UI interface for interactions and manual rotations etc. - Scaling interactions with hotkeys

CC creators not wanting conversions

Okay so I'm hearing this is going on lately and I just want to say something about it cause it's ridiculous bullshit. When the sims 4 first came out and there was no cc for it, you know what the first thing sims 4 creators did? They converted cc from the sims 3 over to the sims 4 and a lot of it was Newseasims hairs! Did most of you ask Newseasims if you could convert the hairs over to sims 4 or did you just do it anyway? I bet you just did it anyway. The point is converting items from sims 3, 2, or 4 takes nothing from you, it's still available for whatever game it was created for it and it' still within the sims. This is in the EA Policy, we don't have to ask you for permission to convert, reupload, share, change, remodel etc. so sims 4 creators who keep harassing people about conversions or shared cc need to stop. Unless you own the sims, no one has to ask you permission for anything involving this game and that includes converting/sharing content.

If you want to have full rights to your content, then by all means go over to second life where you have full control over who uploads or shares. I'm 31 years damn old, DO NOT message me about cc being converted, cause your ass is going to get ignored or it's just going to make me convert more of your content out of pettiness. Most of you still don't follow the 2 to 3 week rule for release on your content, I know when half of your shit is from second life or downloaded off some 3d site and put behind paywall. So please don't even bother. You guys take this shit way to seriously and it's annoying. it's a bunch of 1s and 0s and you're freaking out cause someone converted some pants over to sims 3..get real. Anyway the one thing I will still continue to do is give credit and never place behind a paywall...that's it. That's all you're getting from me..anyway good talk. So guys keep sharing and converting if that's what you want to do, don't let people bully you over a game.

So as im scroling trough tumblr and looking trough some cc some are behind pay walls. I still see some people that dont follow the tou of EA all tho me and EA has love and hate relationship lmao i still think its important for those creators to follow the tou and not be a dick im not saying ANYONES NAMES SO DONT COME AT ME FOR BEEN A BITCH

Dont put your cc behind paywalls pass the time EA sayed you allowed to im still kind enough not to report you not that i ever will im too lazy for that tbh i have more important stuff in life to care what others do.

Other thing is in trying to work on a tutorial video on how to convert sims 4 build objects to sims 3 and infant clothing to to sims 3 babys and toddlers

My English is so broken when i speak i dont speak it everyday i speak swedish mosly and german lmao so if its broken in my videos or if i dont talk at hall you all know why ooff

I had to reboot my laptop and now CC Magic won't work. The game doesn't recognize any CCmagic CC despite me putting the Cache file from Thesims3 to DieSims3 (german game).

I did this once before and it worked fine. Any ideas what's going wrong?

I either had bad backup files or the trick is to install CCMagic and everything else before installing any packs that came after Island Paradise (esp. Into the Future!)

Thankfully i had a second ccmagic and ts3 backup from a few days earlier.

Guys, I know I’m missing. I’m so sorry about that… The Sims is really important and creating content has always been therapy for me. I never thought of writing a post like this, asking for help. But it’s because I don’t know who else to turn to. I know there are many people here with problems much more serious than mine, but I really need you now ♥. Please ♥. It’s been 3 years since I lost my son and I suffer every day from it. To help, my 14 year marriage ended. It’s been very difficult for me, both emotionally and financially. I’m working, but it’s not being enough. I can’t pay rent, electricity, water, buy food… So I decided to come here and ask for help.

I’m willing to take requests for new meshes, conversions, anything. I really need help. 

Any $1 already helps me a lot. You can order whatever you like. I do anything related to The Sims: decorating houses, creating new meshes, converting anything. I’m really willing to help. The Sims is therapy for me. So this might save me somehow ♥.

I just unearthed an old laptop with 35.001 files of TS2 CC. That's 14.1GB. 10 to 12 year old me was INSANE. Anyway, I am sharing them with the f2 archive for lost CC on here and I hope it'll help someone.
