While Body Slam and Charm could be an interesting mix, (paralysis the opponent with Body Slam, then use Charm to make them set-up fodder,) and Play Rough could provide coverage against the Fighting-types which threaten the mono-Normal Miltank, she seems to lack the common tools of a stall Pokémon. For one, she lacks consistant damage. Body Slam and Play Rough are both resisted by Steel-types, and Play Rough is only 90% accurate. While 90% seems like a lot, as someone who used to use Azumarill a lot, I can assure you, it will miss when you need it the most. Assuming you're playing National Dex, I'd recommend adding Toxic. While Steel-types still present a major issue, if you have strong Fire, Fighting and Ground-types, your Miltank could easily stall her opponent out. Alternatively, Miltank could be used for Wish-support and keeping her teammates alive. The ability Thick Fat, (which I assume you're running) would be useful for switching in on Fire and Ice types, though without a pivoting option, like U-Turn or Teleport, she may find issue with switching into her frailer teammates. Anyways, good luck on the field, dear Trainer! (or, more likely... Breeder...)
