What they meant to say was “there is ZERO reason for female-only spaces to exist that I respect.” There are thousands of reasons for female-only spaces, they just do not respect or value those reasons.
if males aren't any more unsafe than females, then go be with the males. go in the male bathroom and locker room, and the male college dorm. you'll be safe, because amab bodies are not unsafe and you don't have trauma from amab bodies. tell the males in those spaces that they won't be better for excluding minorities.

The notion that the existence of those individuals renders it impossible to know what any given man’s body might generally look like is a willfully malicious fantasy. An extreme minority that makes up less than five percent of all men does not make for a total loss of coherence for what male anatomy can be expected to look like. Males have penises - they might be diverse in terms of size and shape and virility, but there are very few males that don’t have one. Even the vast majority of trans males that pretend to be women still keep their penises despite having surgical options available to remove them.
In virtually any setting, the presence of a penis is an indicator and a risk factor for females being in danger. The presence of males is the greatest known element that puts womens health and safety in jeopardy.
