Several days... I have 4 rooms worth of carpet that needs gone YESTERDAY. Between the removal of carpet, painting the walls, installing new vinyl flooring in the whole house.... it'll take several days.

Lena apparently calls over Sam to CatCo in 3x02 late in the evening for nothing but to introduce her to Kara, Sam gets introduced by her L-Corp rank/position (ie. “she’s my CFO and taking over for me”), Kara only gets a first name intro from Lena. they turn up together at Sam’s office in 3x04 for no discernible reason & Kara drops a “we’re having a girl’s night” as she invites Sam to join them. like i genuinely want to know how Sam’s meant to read their relationship status cause i know on G-d she was sitting there like “this is an interesting change of taste for Lena………….. good for her!”

this is almost certainly a post ive made before but when a character’s grief is so strong it fully alters the form of the narrative itself… moby dick being so much longer than strictly necessary because ishmael’s grief made him stall for time in the telling of the tragedy… harrow the ninth being in second person because harrow was so grief-stricken that she herself was not capable of making narrative sense of the events of the novel and so someone else had to do it…. do u know what i mean
