it bothers me when someone brings up misogyny in shounen anime and people shrug it off with "its designed for teenage boys, what can you expect." like well. idk i think its actually pretty important that shows for teenage boys are normal about women. i mean i think all media should be normal about women but teenagers are impressionable i think we could put a little bit of feminism in the teenage boy shows. it might do some good. you never know.

It amazes me sometimes how little Cis people have to think about their surroundings and the circumstances that shape their lives. Like why did my mom act like the phrase "every bathroom is gender neutral until you put a sign on it" was some grand revelation?

Anyway this is actually about how for some reason the Sims forces you to gender your bathrooms when making public spaces but makes it like "all women" and "all men" like thanks I guess but that's really not more inclusive, you know? Trans people are valid but only if you fit into one of the existing categories teehee XP.
