Every ghoul mutates differently; some can cry, some can smell, some talk normally, some have reflective/odd colored eyes, some are more hardy than others, etc.. It all depends on the ghoul.

yeah, ahzrukhal has the whole thing with charon and asking you to kill greta for him but roy was a cop before the war, approves of killing people who are ok with having him in tenpenny tower and decimating an entire town full of innocents, and also, i hate him personally.

Owo He used to be a mythological ghoul but I got back into fallout(3 and NV mostly) and decided to redesign him as a fallout ghoul to the best of my capacities to draw which aren’t high, but meh, I will probably redraw him again and again until I get closer to what I really imagined ^^’

Ahzrukhal: Renowned for being generous.  Very open; cares genuinely for his customers.  Still kinda creepy, like he can sense what you need.

Barrows: WILL take your organs.  Experiments on live subjects.  Stay away from him

Carol: Deliberately sent Gob away, acts like she doesn’t know who you’re talking about if you mention him.  Still closed off, but more hostile about it

Crowley: Acts like he learned an important life lesson while trapped in Fort Constantine.  Reaches out to help others.  Polite.  Carol hates him.

Graves: Still works with Barrows, mostly just takes down his notes.  She’s more interested in experimentation than research.

Greta: She insists her food is good.  Probably poisons it.  Will kill you if you look at Carol the wrong way.

Griffon: He’s honest???  Selling actual Aqua Pura???  Maybe genuinely helping look for a cure for ghoulification?  Frightening to think about

Patchwork: Steals caps and takes advantage of Ahzrukhal’s generosity.  Hates himself for it.  Does Not want to talk to you.

Quinn: Gives you directions to places you Absolutely Should Not go.  Wants to talk to you, but you don’t want to talk to him

Tulip: She’s going to charge you like 5000% more than any other vendor.  Also doesn’t want to talk to you

Snowflake: Mostly the same??  Keeps more to themself.  Resents Rivet City but won’t disclose what exactly happened to them there.

Willow: Still not gonna save you from the mutants.

Winthrop: Sabotages the tech in Underworld, makes clear how much the residents need him.  So tired.
