I didn't want to do this originally, but I feel like it'd be best if others are aware of things that they have done, especially since they continue to feed into their harmful cycle and possibly continue to harm others, intentionally or not.
TW FOR RADQUEER SHIT, PEDOPHILIA, TALK OF RAPE/NONCON, ABUSE, DRUG ABUSE, and likely more things, all under the cut. Please do not force yourself to read this if it upsets you.
First, I'm going to say, please do not send any forn of hate or harassment to this person. Its very clear that theyre suffering from several issues and sending hate and harassment will only make things worse and cause more harm for everyone.
I was dating Satire during March - April up until i cut contact with them on the 28th of April, which is 6 days as of me writing this. During our relationship, I noticed a lot of unhealthy tendencies that they would have. They would usually talk to me while they were high on drugs. It would be very often that they were high or about to be high. A lot of times when they were high, they'd rely on me for constant assurance, asking me if they were a bad person, asking me if they were hurting me, telling me they might hurt themself, etc. Me, not knowing anything about drugs, thought this was normal. I thought it was okay, and that I wasn't being hurt. I thought that they just needed support and that I wasn't hurting. I was wrong, I was being hurt.
There were times where i couldn't handle responding to them when they were high. I didn't know what to say, so I would just not reply, because I feared making things worse. It was so often during the near-end of the relationship that we ended up growing distant and barely talked as much as we used to.
Near the end of the relationship, they had left me to be a radqueer. They never told me they were becoming a radqueer, their messages to me were "I'm so fucked up. I'm sorry, I wish we could've worked up but I'm just too fucked up." Later on that night, I did a bit of digging as I was anxious and found their radqueer blog.
Here are some screenshots from the blog. Please keep in mind the trigger warnings included earlier. These may be upsetting to read.
In the screenshots, I noticed that Satire had an ask from someone claiming to be young. I will be referring to them as "P" for their safety. Satire would repeatedly talk intimately with P, despite the fact that Satire is 20 years old. Satire would say things like "I love you" and call them "BB/Baby" and often use hearts (<3) when talking to P. At one point when I was scrolling through their radqueer blog, I had seen that they asked to be friends on Discord. This is incredibly concerning, and while I was not able to get a screenshot of them asking to exchange Discord users, I fear that something incredibly dangerous could have happened over on discord.
A day after Satire had left me to be a radqueer, they came back into my DMs, telling me that they missed me and that they were sorry and that they met "bad people." Here are the screenshots of our last conversation.
After I had blocked them, They started to evade my block by going into my asks on tumblr.

I had to block multiple accounts for them to leave me alone.
A few days later, they had made another radqueer blog after deleting their other one. The second blog is now deleted as well.
On their main blog, they had posted this.
The way this post is worded is awful. Yes, the radqueer community is filled with terrible people, but they shifted the blame on others by saying that it was them who had experienced "vile shit." I don't doubt that Satire had seen and experienced horrible things, but shifting the blame onto others when you had intimate contact with a minor is nto appropriate at all.
I am not the only person who has experienced this behaviour from Satire. There are multiple people I am aware who I contacted prior to making this post. I asked them for their experience with Satire, and they told me about many things they had experienced when they knew Satire closely. I will not be including their stories, for privacy and because this post is mainly about my experience with them. If they see this, they are free to add on in reblog or comments.
I am making this post because I believe that Satire is genuinely a dangers to themself and others, and I do not want them to end up harming anyone else.
Satire, if you're reading this, please get help. I mean this genuinely. I still do care about you, but people deserve to know about your repetitive harmful behavior. I do believe you can get better, but I do not want to be involved with you anymore. This whole situation has messed me up, to the point where I've been having breakdowns and ended up fusing with other alters. Please get therapy, and be honest with others about your tendencies and harmful cycle. I do wish you the best, but please stay away from me. Thank you

Additions: if your viral load is suppressed by medication to the point it’s undetectable, it’s considered untransmittable, even without condoms. Children with HIV+ carriers are usually given medication when they’re born, to make sure any of the virus doesn’t take hold (which we also do to adults who fear they’ve been exposed, it’s called PEP ((Post Exposure Prophylaxis)), which is a month of medication and must be started within 72 hours of exposure).
(There’s also PreP - Pre Exposure Prophylaxis, which is taking medication if you feel you are at risk of being exposed to HIV, whether through sexual partners or sharing injection needles)
This is why we need universal free healthcare - so people can go on and have happy, healthy lives despite the HIV diagnosis. Nobody should die or live in fear when the treatment is so damn simple and effective.
HIV is not as deadly as it once was in the 1980s-1990s.
There’s been a lot of progress in this. So long as you’re taking your medications (anti-retrovirals), it’s essentially become another chronic disease like diabetes or COPD etc. HIV patients nowadays are living into their 60s and 70s and are more likely to die of cardiovascular disease rather than opportunistic infections or AIDS defining illnesses.
If the HIV viral load is undetectable, then your CD4 counts (your white cells that are affected by the virus) should normalise. Such that you’re no different to the general population when it comes to infection risk.
Yes, we should all still be precautious, but it’s no longer a death sentence.
