For Whom The Bell Pepper Pasta Tolls

Bell Peppers / Linguini / Feta Cheese / Basil / Good Oil / Salt / Pepper (1)

SLICE the cheeks off the bell peppers

CUT cheeks into strips (2)

HEAT oil in pan

THROW peppers into pan

FRY gently

LOWER linguini into boiling water

ADD salt and a glug of oil

COOK for 10 minutes (3)

CRUMBLE feta into decent sized chunks

ADD to peppers

SLICE 8-10 basil leaves

DRAIN pasta when cooked

TOSS together with fried peppers, chopped basil and feta (4)

SERVE (5)

Poached Egg & Blood Sausage Crumpets

Blood Sausage / Eggs / English Crumpets / Chives / White Wine Vinegar / Butter

POUR in cap of white wine vinegar

CRACK eggs into shallow dishes (2)

CHOP chives (2) 

HEAT frying pan

DRIZZLE oil into pan

FRY the blood sausage in the frying pan (3)

LOWER egg into water carefully (3)

TOAST crumpets

MELT butter into crumpets (4)

REMOVE poached eggs from water

TAKE blood sausage out of frying pan

STACK blood sausage and poached egg on to of crumpet

SPRINKLE over chives

Lamb & Cous Cous Salad

2kg Lamb Shoulder / Sweet Potato / Cous Cous / Pomegranate / Red Bell Pepper / Scallions / Cashew Nuts / Creme Fraiche / Mint / Cilantro / Salt / Pepper / Curry Powder (1)

SEASON lamb shoulder with salt and pepper

DROP a little oil into a hot frying pan

BROWN meat in frying pan 2 mins each side

PLACE meat in oven for 2 hours

SIT back for an hour with a beer

DICE sweet potato and chop scallions

ROAST sweet potato in oven for 30 mins

REMOVE and add 3/4 of the scallions and all cashews (2)

THROW back in oven for 15 mins

TAKE lamb out of oven and leave to rest

HALVE pomegranate and hit skin side with a spoon to release seeds (3)

CHOP bunch of coriander and mint

SLICE and dice bell pepper

BOIL kettle

POUR water over cous cous, add 2 teaspoons of curry powder

USING two forks separate and mix cous cous

REMOVE sweet potato mix from oven

ADD peppers, sweet potato, coriander, pomegranate seeds to cous cous (4)

SHRED lamb with forks

STIR mint into creme fraiche

POUR cous cous into large serving dish

HEAP lamb onto top

TOP with remaining pomegranate seed and scallions

SERVE with creme fraiche/mint on side

Green Eggs On Toast

Avocado / Egg / Bread / Lime / Chilli / Salt (1)

PULL two halves apart

SCOOP flesh from avocado (2)

CHOP chilli and halve lime

MASH avocado and chilli together with a fork

SQUEEZE half lime onto mashed avocado

ADD pinch of salt and mix together

HEAT frying pan

FRY egg in a little oil

TOAST bread

SPREAD guacamole onto toasted bread

TOP with fried egg and a few slices of chilli

Hot Dogs / Puff Pastry / Gouda / Chipotle Paste / Mustard / 1 Egg (1)

CUT pastry into 2 inch squares

SCORE two right angle lines into top left/bottom right of squares (2)

SPOON chipotle paste into centre of square (3)

PLACE two inch long bits of hotdog over top (3)

DRAPE with gouda (3)

FOLD bottom left corner over filling to top left (3)

REPEAT in opposite direction with top left corner (3)

LIFT and place of baking tray

CRACK egg in bowl

WHISK with a little salt

BRUSH over folded squares (4)

THROW in oven for ten minutes

EAT until you stop crying

TIP flour and a teaspoon of baking soda into large bowl

POUR in half bottle of beer

WHISK and set aside

USE more flour/beer if batter too thick/runny

CUT sliced bread into the shape of a Football

ADD mayo to two bread slices

TOP one with turkey, one with ham

PLACE cheese on top of both

DRIZZLE mustard onto remaining slice

STICK two outer pieces together

PRESS down on sandwich

WRAP in cling film and place in fridge for 30 mins

HEAT fryer to highest setting

REMOVE chilled sandwich from fridge

COAT in batter

CAREFULLY lower into oil

FRY for 3-4 minutes and remove

FINISH with mustard laces

A Kiss For Peace

In honor of Super Bowl Weekend, Axe Peace asked us to interpret their slogan. Here's what we came up with...

MELT 50g of butter over low heat

BRUSH melted butter into ramekin

LEAVE to set

CHOP chocolate into bits

PAINT a second layer of butter into ramekin

SPOON cocoa powder into ramekin (2)

TWIST ramekin so that inside is covered in cocoa (2)

PLACE large bowl over some simmering water

THROW chopped chocolate and rest of butter in bowl

STIR until melted together and leave to cool

CRACK 4 whole eggs into large bowl

ADD 4 more egg yolks

TIP in sugar

WHISK together for 3-4 minutes

SIFT in flour and beat

DROP in one third of the chocolate (3)

MIX in and repeat for other two thirds (3)

SPOON mixture into ramekins

PUSH marshmallow and piece of Heath bar into mixture (4)

CHILL in fridge for 20 minutes

HEAT oven on 200C

BAKE for 12-15 minutes

TIP carefully onto plate

KISS for peace

CHOP half red onion, half chilli, scallions and some coriander leaf

PLACE fish in bowl and add in chopped onion/ chili/ scallion/ coriander

SPRINKLE over cumin and chilli powder

ADD juice of half of a lime, cover, and set aside

HEAT grill pan

SLICE lettuce, chili, and red onion (3)

CUT thin slices of scallion (3)

QUARTER remaining half of lime (3)

PICK some cilantro leaves (3)

GRILL fish for around 3 minutes each side (4)

WARM soft taco shells briefly on hot place

ADD lettuce, onion and scallion to warm taco

SPRINKLE with flakes of cooked fish

TOP with chilli, coriander, and sour cream

SQUEEZE over lime

CHOP onion in half

REMOVE skin

SEPARATE rings carefully and set aside

TIP 100g of flour into a bowl

ADD teaspoon of baking soda

POUR in half bottle of beer and whisk (3)

DROP more beer/flour in mix if too runny/thick

HEAT oil in fryer to highest setting

WRAP thin bacon round the onion rings (4)

DIP in batter and carefully drop into hot oil

FRY for 4-5 minutes until batter is crisp

THROW a tight spiral into your face

STOP at one like Peyton, because one ring is all you need

In honor of Super Bowl Weekend, Yahoo Sports asked us for some Big Game-themed recipes. We'll be supplying Tailgating Treats all weekend.

HEAT to 160C

POUR oil into frying pan and heat on full

ADD beef to pan and brown on each side

REMOVE when browned

POUR two litres of boiling water into pan (4 cups)

STIR in concentrated beef stock

SACK beef into stock

COOK in oven for 4-5 hours

LIFT cooked beef out of stock - it will be falling apart

POUR 1-2 cups of rice into beef stock

SIMMER over a medium heat until cooked

KEEP stock—do not throw out

FORK the beef into shreds (2)

PLACE in bowl and pour over a little leftover stock

SPRINKLE chilli powder over cooked rice and stir

WARM tortilla for 30 seconds on hot plate to soften

SPOON rice into centre of tortilla

HEAP beef on top

DRIZZLE over hot sauce

PINCH two ends inward and carefully wrap burrito (3)

PLACE in cooking dish (3)

REPEAT until dish is full

DRIZZLE burrito sauce over the top, with a little grated cheese (4)

BAKE in oven for 10-20 minutes

TOUCHDOWN in your mouth

Bread / Bacon / Peanut Butter / Banana / 100ml Double Cream / 2 Eggs / Butter / Oil / Powdered Sugar

LAY out bacon on foil and throw under grill

POUR double cream into a bowl

CRACK both eggs into cream

WHISK eggs into cream and set aside

SLATHER peanut butter onto bread

TURN bacon

REMOVE crisp bacon and lay on top of peanut butter

SLICE banana and scatter on top of bacon

TOP with second slice of bread and cut in half

POUR oil and butter into hot frying pan

DIP half sandwich into cream/egg mix

FRY in hot pan

REMOVE when browned on each side

REPEAT with other half

TOP with powdered sugar

EAT it tender

It's our 3rd birthday! Here's a simple 3-ingredient recipe to celebrate...

Asparagus / Parma Ham / Eggs (1)

ADD asparagus for 4 mins once boiling

REMOVE without draining, leave water

ROLL asparagus in parma ham (2)

PLACE eggs into boiling water for five minutes (3)

COOK asparagus for a few minutes in a hot griddle pan (4)

REMOVE eggs from water

SLICE top off egg

DIP and drop into your open mouth

Fish & Two-Tone Chips

Cod Fillet / Sweet Potato / Potato / 75g Plain Flour / 75g Corn Flour / Corona / Salt / Pepper / Lemon

HEAT fryer to 180C

SLICE potatoes into chips

DROP chips in water for 10 minutes

DRAIN on some kitchen paper

FRY chips for 7-8 minutes

MIX flour together, add salt

POUR in half bottle of beer

WHISK and place in fridge for ten minutes

REMOVE chips from fryer

LEAVE to cool on paper towel

SEASON cod fillet with salt and pepper

THROW chips back in fryer for two minutes

DUNK cod in corona batter

REMOVE chips from fryer

CAREFULLY lower cod into the hot oil

FRY for seven minutes

REMOVE from oil

SPRINKLE salt on top and serve with the two-tone chips
