Something I was really vulnerable about was becoming an ambulatory cane user. I think it really came from a place of accepting that it is a part of my life now and I will have a new normal moving forward. I won’t always have to use it. My older sister's health has declined drastically since the last week of December 2024, which is why I decided to take over this account as per her request. We never intended to resort to asking for monetary assistance online but we still don't have the funds to get her through. The entirety of her right arm was not only swollen, but blood kept seeping out of her knuckles, her palm, and her elbow. Protruding tumors/swelling have reached both of her breasts, too, and are affecting her shoulder/shoulder blades and even her spine, and now her neck.
