Intermittent Fasting Experiment, 9 Days In
I've been experimenting with intermittent fasting since April 1st. I've been only eating between the hours of 5pm-9pm; I haven't really changed my diet much, but it's made me more aware of what I'm eating. Also by necessity I've taken to eating a lot LESS, but I THINK never less than 2000 calories/day.
Anyway, as of yesterday, April 9th, I'm down 8 lbs. When I calculate this against my volume changes and my water intake, it's 8 lbs of almost pure fat/water. Keep in mind with my base metabolic rate, normal activity, and exercise, I burn about 4300 calories/day.
Outside of my "eating window", I've been drinking about 4 litres of water/day and occasionally a tablespoon of coconut oil when I get ravenous (which did happen a bunch in the first few days, but then stopped).
