Listen, being a Hawkeye fanblog, I know a lot of my followers/the MCU fandom believe Clints deafness should be represented.

But as a deaf person I just thought you should know tagging your friends in 'Deaf baby/kid/person hears for the first time!' nonstop is actually pretty rude.

I get you have good intentions, seriously, but lmao. It's just not nice. A lot of deaf people don't want to be hearing. We have an entire culture.

When I get on Facebook and am tagged in the same video six different times, I take it as a "Hey! Look! You could be normal!!"

We're not helpless. Most of us love being deaf! Don't worry about it!!
