Doing something I have never done before: Spa Day; massage and facial. I have always been the type of person who would use body lotion of my face; body soap to wash my wash. Didn't care so much about skin treatment or care; even though every time I was doing a photoshoot people would tell me I have great #skin. Not that I am too "macho" for that; I just didn't feel the need for it. However, I came to realize that as much time and effort as I care to #nourish my #body with the best of #nutrition (#Herbalife) every single day to be the best version of myself, it's #imperative that the outside be the reflection of the inside.
