After 3 years of being an enstarrie and a ReiP, I came here to apologize. I fell out of enstars after the shithole that had happened at the game and the community itself. Along with it, I had a major burnout while focusing on my academics, my small business, and extra curricular activities, further directing my attention to Twisted Wonderland and Genshin Impact.
What also affected my loss of spark in enstars was my ability to write for the x reader fics, focusing on my yumeship in genshin and twst. I became more active in facebook and messenger than here in tumblr. I feel bad for giving my readers high hopes and waited for my return to write Treasure of the Heart and Frozen in Time— which both AUs will be discontinued.
Once holidays arrive after this semester, I will be doing a major change in my account layout or make a new tumblr page. I will miss that vampire who changed me as a whole and taught me everything while observing and watching over him in his journey.

DEUCE SPADE.
“Respectfully, your mom is so hot. Does she date younger?”
Deuce dropped the books from his hands. You were just in the library, collecting some books for an upcoming essay when suddenly you started reminiscing about the White Rabbit's Festival when you suddenly dropped that bomb of a statement. That was when you met his mother, the bombshell Dylla Spade, and you were whipped.
He looked at you in bewilderment first, and then something akin to disdain. You only ever saw him give that look to Ace when he was on his usual Ace bullshit, “The hell did you just say about my mom?” he asked, slipping back into his delinquent tone the moment he felt his dear mother was being disrespected.
Instead of stopping there, you smirked, “I said, respectfully, your mom is a total babe. I might just have to take a role as your step-parent,” you winked.
His face became red with both embarrassment and frustration, but he knew better than to blow up on you in the library of all places, so he bent down to pick up the books before looking away from you, “Yeah, well, she’s not interested. She’s got bigger things to worry about,” he paused, “Hey! Don’t call her!”
That was another thing. You had received her number when you met.
TREY CLOVER.
“Woah, your parents look good. Are they in search of a third? I’m down to help out in the bakery, if you know what I mean.”
He nearly dropped the stack of plates and coasters he was carrying.
You were helping Cater and Trey set the table for the next Unbirthday party when Trey decided to show you a tart he was making based on a recent recipe his parents came up with. In the picture was his mother holding the tart up and his father was in the background putting a tray of pastries onto a counter. You thought they both looked so fine. And you were sure they were strong too, considering all the bags of flour they had to carry. All those heavy ingredients in bulk…
“No way you just said that,” Cater laughed. Trey was looking like a fish, and so he took a few pictures of him.
Trey cleared his throat, carefully putting the plates he was carrying down before he ended up dropping them and making a mess of everything, “I think they would be flattered to hear you find them attractive,” he replied, a bit awkwardly. What else was he supposed to say?
“You think so? When are you gonna invite me to your hometown so I can tell them myself, huh?”
JADE LEECH.
“How did your dad bag such a baddie? Like, damn, I’d let her step on me.”
Jade’s brow twitched, but his smile remained cool and polite as ever. You both had been going through some pictures from the wedding he had invited you to attend, where you partook in the Eternity Float. You had been trying to pick out which pictures to print for physical copies when you came across a self of yourself with Mrs. Georgina Leech.
“My mother is married,” he said, placing a hand on his chest in his cordial manner.
“She’s got two hands,” you reminded him, grinning like a fool. You could not help yourself, she was a gorgeous woman. You could see the resemblance she had with her sons, but really she was the main event when it came to the Leech lineage, with her piercing eyes... and her tall figure. Ugh, the things you would do to be with such a lady.
Jade raised a gloved hand to his lips and let out a short chuckle. Unnaturally short. Almost threateningly short, “Yes, well. I imagine you would make quite the meal for her,” he replied, concisely. He was going for a sinister, horrific, effect, but your reaction was anything but scared.
“I’d let that woman have me on a silver platter. You think she’d like this outfit?”
FLOYD LEECH.
“Damn, your mom is fine as fuck.”
Floyd turned his head slowly to face you, heterochromatic eyes wide and his nose scrunched in disgust.
This was meant to be a fun day out, skipping classes to enjoy the warm day under the shade of a tree. He was draped across your lap, his stomach over your thighs as he scrolled through his phone. Or at least, he was scrolling through his phone before you made such an egregious statement, “Eww, Shrimpy! You can’t say that about my mom,” he groaned.
You raised a brow, just scrolling through your camera roll. It was pictures from the wedding Jade took you to attend, since Floyd decided to skip out on it. He thought it would be such a drag and lost interest.
He sat up and scooted away from you, frowning. You were his buddy, not his mother’s, and yet here you were talking about her like she was available to you on the market. It grossed him out and annoyed him.
“I’m just being honest,” you shrugged, still looking down at your phone like whatever you said was completely fine.
He looked down at your phone before he snatched it right out of your hands, sticking his tongue out at you when you looked at him in surprise. He stood up from his spot before running away.
VIL SCHOENHEIT.
“Jeez, I would let Eric Venue run me over in a semi truck.”
Vil was completely used to seeing some of the most feral comments over himself and his father. So long as it remains innocent and non-threatening, he does not worry too much. That being said, he did not expect to hear that from you the moment after you met his father. He blinked a few times as he touched up his lipstick and then turned to you. He pulled the tube away from his lips and arched his perfectly plucked brow.
“What?”
“Your dad. He’s just so hot, and charming. Like, I don’t think I’ve ever met a more welcoming man in my life. If he ran me over, I’d apologize for getting in his way and not kissing the very ground he walked on.”
That made his brow twitch. He was more bothered about this than he was of the usual thirsty comment. Perhaps it was because you were classmates, or perhaps it was low key a bit of envy. He did not know for sure just yet. A soft huff escaped his lips and he looked back into his reflection in his compact mirror, “Please refrain from such uncouth commentary regarding my father in my presence,” he muttered, coldly.
You laughed and nodded, “Don’t worry, Vil. You can run me over too.”
IDIA SHROUD.
“Why are your parents kinda…”
Idia's bright yellow eyes widened in pure horror. It was like the world had stopped for a moment when you said that phrase. It was just some picture you saw on his computer, scent by his parents. There they were, veiled in their wonderfully engineered glowing masks, with his mother's pose very clearly showing she was excited while her husband was just happy to be there with her. Immediately, he turned his gaming chair around.
“What is wrong with you!? You can’t even see their faces??”
“I can tell they’re hot, you know? I have a sense for these sorts of things. Besides, you ended up cute and Ortho is totally adorable. Based on those genetics, they’ve got to be fine as hell.”
If it was up to him, there would have been a teleportation checkpoint right on his desk so he could get away from this whole situation.
Sevens, there were no options on the dialogue-tree to respond to such a statement. He stared in pure shock. He brought you into his cave—his dorm room—and this was how you repaid him? He closed out of the tab of his parent’s messages, “I…” he muttered, “I… really think you need to touch grass.”
“That’s rich coming from ‘Mr. Please no outdoor classes,’” you replied, rolling your eyes, grinning.
MALLEUS DRACONIA.
“Woah, your mom is smokin’ hot. Hotter than the fire she breathes.”
Malleus had done you the great honor of inviting you to the Briar Valley over his break. He was excited to share the castle with you, and he was sure your presence would bring to it some much needed light and laughter. As he was giving you a tour, he came across a grand portrait of his mother, Maleanor Draconia, the late princess. She was beautiful and regal, but there was a welcoming warmth in her eyes. She must have been watching someone she loved when the portrait was being painted.
Malleus frowned, “That cannot be. I heard this portrait of her was painted in the winter,” he corrected you.
That made you snort, and then you laughed, hiding your grin behind your hand as you tried to calm yourself, “Jeez. No, Malleus. It’s an expression used to call someone very attractive, you know? Like someone you want to court.”
“Ah,” he hummed, but the more he thought about it, the more off-putting it was. He looked at you with knitted brows, “You wish to court my mother?”
“Yeah, who wouldn’t? She’s a total hottie.”
He really did not like that, “You may call her beautiful, not hot. I do not appreciate that phrase very much,” he paused, “Now come. Let me show you to the gardens.”
SILVER VANROUGE.
“Ugh, he’s so fine. I would let Lilia make me into a pretzel any day of the week.”
Silver did not quite process the words completely yet, and just shook his head, “Even if he did cook you, it would be very poorly done. I doubt you would make an appetizing pretzel.”
It was his turn to tidy up the lounge and you offered to join him in cleaning up. Thankfully, Diasomnia students were not as messy as some of the other dorms so it mostly consisted of moving furniture back into place and wiping down commonly touched surfaces. You were fluffing pillows when you made the comment after seeing Lilia pass through.
You glanced up from your work and gave Silver a look, waiting for him to catch onto your true meaning, “I didn’t mean for him to make me into a meal… unless he’s into that kind of thing.”
The expression on his face could best be described as the loading screen when the wi-fi was poor. When it hit him, his eyes widened and a flush covered his pale cheeks, “I see.”
“That’s all you got to say?”
“You should tell father. He would probably be pleased to hear it,” he muttered, trying to go back to focusing on wiping down one of the lounge mirrors.

I had this image in my head for a while and decided to finally make it! I thought this song would suits Seraphim espcially as Luka when he messes up with Mizi's head
This reminded me of episode 2 with Haures T^T

Idia: Sigh… There's so much to do 'round the kitchen that I can't let up for even a 'mo.
Idia: Meh, at least it's better than having to do any of that customer service stuff.
Lilia: Idia~ Table 4's calling for you. You made those fries earlier, right?
Idia: Eh… Y-Y-Y-Yeah, but… Wh-Why me…!? I-I'm no good with customers…
Lilia: Looks like they really wanna talk to you.
Azul: If they're looking to talk to the kitchen staff, then it'll either be compliments towards the food… or a complaint.
Customer A: What, that blue-haired guy made it!? Get over here, now!
Idia: P. SURE IT'S GONNA BE A COMPLAINT, THOUGH!!??
Lilia: Their voice was a little raised, sure… But I'm sure it'll be fine. In any case, go hear them out.
Idia: I-I don't wanna… S-Someone deal with them for me. Like maybe our guild leader Cater-shi…!
Lilia: He's working with customers right now. I'm also busy, so go on, see what they want!
[Lilia makes him go to the floor]
Idia: Eep! D-Don't forcibly drag me from the kitchen…!
Idia: UuuggghHHHhhh… I'm gonna explode with anxiety from not knowing what they're gonna say, PLUS having to talk to a stranger…!
Customer A: Geez, you're here, finally…
Idia: Uh…...... U-Um… Wh…... Wh-what can I do for you…?
Customer A: These potato fries ain't fried enough, obviously! I like it when it's completely crispy both inside and out!
Idia: Eh… Huh…!? B-But… Th-That's not…
Customer A: Fry me up a new batch! And make sure you make 'em extra crispy!
Idia: B-B-B-But… U-Um… Our… Fries… Are…
Customer A: HUH!? STOP SQUAWKING AND GO AND FRY 'EM UP!!
Idia: RIGHT AWAAAAAY~~~!
[Idia runs away]
Idia: Wheeeew, I finally made it back to the kitchen… [inhales deeply]
Idia: That... ARROGANT PRICK!! Who do they think they are? Couldn't even wait for my explanation…
Idia: What, are those things on the side of their head just decorations? Ughhhhhh, those types never listen!
Idia: The menu clearly says that "Our fries are soft and fluffy on the inside," so why're they complaining about crispiness!?
Idia: Plus, it's written in 48pt font! Who cares how they like it!? THIS 100% AIN'T MY FAULT!!!
Idia: And LOL they just kept saying crispy, like, c'mon, you're the crispy one here, my guy. That should be good enough.
Lilia: You should've just said that to them right then and there. Why'd you agree to re-make them?
Idia: O-O-O-O-Obviously, it's 'cause there's no way I can make convo with someone I've never met before, face-to-face!
Cater: I can't believe something like that happened when I was off dealing with some other people. Looks like we got ourselves a problem customer.
Idia: If that's how they're gonna play it, oh, I'll give them a new batch of fries… Just how they like it…
Idia: They want crispy? I'll show them crispy… I'll make them something that'll shut them up for good!
Cater: I-Idia-kun!? Your eye's are looking a little scary there.
Lilia: Looks like the fire's been lit underneath him.
Idia: I'ma utterly destroy their stupid complaint with my "super thorough" cooking. They're gonna regret ever asking me to make 'em extra crispy!
Lilia: Alrighty then, I'm off to bring the re-made fries to table 4~
[Lilia leaves the kitchen]
Idia: Fheeheehee… This is my best work yet! No way they can say it's not crispy!
Idia: I threw the fries into oil heated to the highest temp and let 'em cook in there 'til they were pretty much burnt, pretty much fried them 3x over!
Idia: These truly are the crispy fries to rule them all! Fried over and over and over again, they're a whole new type of crispy~!
Idia: Who knows what'll happen once they put it in their mouth? But that's what they asked for, soooo!
Azul: Visually, those fries look like dead tree branches. I do believe another complaint will be imminent.
Idia: Who cares? Whatever happens is their own fault.
[Lilia comes back]
Lilia: Idia~ That customer's calling for you again!
Idia: Eep!! A-A-A-Again!?
Azul: See, here comes the complaint…
Idia: N-Nooo, I don't wanna go out there! I'm never leaving the kitchen again!
Azul: You fried it as requested, did you not? Even if they complain, you should just repeat back to them what you were just saying.
Idia: C-Come on~! How many times do I hafta tell you that I can't hold a convo face-to-face with people…!?
Lilia: You can't just keep avoiding things you don't like. This is for your own good. Go on out there!
[Lilia kicks him out of the kitchen]
Idia: Eeeeeeeep, don't just shove me out there like this!
Idia: Ah… Uh… D-D-D-D-D-Did… D-Did you… call for me…?
Customer A: Yeah, you…!
Customer A: This is great! These are the tastiest fries I've ever eaten in my life!
Idia: Eep! S-Sorry, I…! …Wait, what!? Uh…
Customer A: THIS IS THE SORT OF CRISPINESS I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR…!!! Both the frying amount and the texture are perfect!
Idia: U-Uh-huh…
Idia: W-Wut…? No matter what angle you look at it, it's way too burnt and there's no way it's got any flavor…!
[Azul and Lilia, watching from the sidelines]
Azul: Oh my, so it was words of praise. It seems our chef here hasn't grasped that and is still quite spooked.
Lilia: Kheeheehee. Doesn't matter if it's a compliment or a complaint, he really is bad with customers, huh~
Customer A: I really liked these. I'll come by tomorrow for some more!
Was playing Culinary Crucible and this is the first time I've seen Silver's cooking animation. I was so surprised to see him... cook (fight?) this way? Why is he pulling out that cooking mallet like it's a sword 😭
iirc the rest of the cast has the usual "cooking" animation during CC, why does *he* look so extra about it?
i cannot imagine the day i will finally have a drawing pad and a new laptop with the previous windows version (either a 10 or sumsht) and finally able to download clipstudio paint or paint tool sai and flex it to my friends.
Note: WE ARE SO BACK AND MY HADS ARE ITCHING TO WRITE *SHAKING THE BARS*
Once upon a time, there was a war.
Swords clashed, cries deafening the ears of many, red painted the land, flames burning every life into ashes.
In the midst of the fray, there was a prince, fighting for what's left in his homeland. Red painted his silver sword, also staining his armor. Yet, he fought for too long and it was too late to back down.
The eyes of the many filled with fear as the moon shines red in the black sky, signaling the beginning of the end. As all hope was lost, a bright light spread across the land, coming from behind the clouds. There descended the Celestials— whose feathers are white as snow, and voices angelic like a choir.
In the midst of the flock was the Golden Empress, donning wings colored in gold, shining like the sun. She commanded the Celestials with a single word, and t'was followed.
The Celestials banished the evil upon the land, giving the Golden Empress to give it life once more. The prince had witnessed this and was betrayed by his men as his eyes never gaze away from that light.
As his heart was heavy, breath shallow, and soul fading, a crimson glow appeared from nowhere, taking the form of a wizard. Seeing the pitiful prince's current state, she helped him recover back to his normal state. It was at that moment after an ill-fated disaster, a new friendship blossomed like a wildflower.
Their friendship went on as time passed. The homeland he once knew became small. The ruins of the past built anew, the land flourished with various flora and fauna, people of various species coexist in different parts of the newly risen kingdom.
As it was all complete, the prince was crowned as king. It wasn't long he married the wizard and became his queen. Till then, their lives became happily ever after to the prince and the wizard.
"Now is the time…"
A man in his prime walked down a certain hallway. The sound of his footsteps was muffled by the carpeted floor as he walked. His movements may be swift and silent, but his presence and aura can intimidate another demon. His sharp gaze shivered the spines of the people standing there, watching him walk his way towards his destination. He stood tall with such dignity and power that it screamed his own status.
Every window is drawn, letting the moonlight enter and light up the dim hallways. Every window he passed by revealed his features under the moonlight's glow. His red irises matched the color of the rubies, like the colors worn by every man or woman of noble status. His hair matches the raven's dark feathers or the sky in the darkest of nights. His pale skin was as white as snow in winter; the color of humanity was never seen in him. His features reveal his identity as a certain creature, the one that is feared by every single being in the land and its neighboring civilizations.
"For the Heart will choose the heir's betrothed."
"Brother!" The younger one cried out and reached his brother. Though he seemed languid, he was fast and swift as he ran. As he finally reached him, he asked, "Are you certain that your betrothed will be someone of our kind?"
"Certainly." The older one nodded in affirmation as he answered. "I am certain that the Heart will choose my very own betrothed."
"But, Brother—" He was about to argue, but his lips were silenced by the eldest. "May it be a wizard, a Celestial, or a human, I will still accept them as my own." He smiled at the youngest, whose tears formed in his eyes. He removed his brother's finger away from his lips and glanced away. "You can't be serious…"
"And I have no other choice but to accept it as the heir." The eldest sighed in defeat, accepting his fate. "Even if I were to find the one whose heart beats like mine on the very same day on the Night of the Crimson Moon, I'll still accept them as my own. It is something we had agreed from the heavens, a contract that can never be broken by both sides, both alliances, and its connections."
"Brother, I…" A hand was gently placed on the head of the youngest; it was from the eldest. "I'll be alright. Do not worry about me. Do you understand, Ritsu?" He paused and added, "Please, do know that it's an order from your brother, not as the next heir to the throne."
A sigh escaped Ritsu's lips and nods. "Alright."
"What's taking them so long?"
In the candlelit room, people of noble and elite status flooded the room, with only the aisle separating them. The full moon was at its brightest peak, shining down on the windows of the grand hall. Men and women, children and old, all clad in black from head to toe. The women's eyes concealed by their veils, while the men's eyes hidden under their hat's brim.
"Such an unruly behavior for a royal like him, stalling an important event like that."
Chatter from the crowd broke the silence from a few moments ago. Most of them had their patience run out because they were eager to have their daughters chosen by the Heart, to be betrothed to the heir to the throne. It was always known to the other Houses and Families about this fateful marriage, which some considered to be an arranged or forced marriage. The other ones had no choice but to accept it, for it is the Heart's choice alone.
The woman who sat on the throne glowered at the people chattering in annoyance and impatience. She raised her staff and tapped the end loudly on the cold marble floor. Its sound silenced everyone in the room, as they all feared that they had angered the queen, the lady of the Noir Castle, the house Sakuma.
All turned their heads to the woman on the throne, who was standing as an ominous aura seeped out of her. As much as they wanted to avoid angering her, it was too late for them to back away or turn back the time.
"Silence, you impatient aristocrats," she spat out, her words laced with poison. "Were you that impatient to have your daughters marry my own sons? All of you here know that it was merely impossible for any of you gluttonous lowlifes to be chosen by the Heart."
Everyone winced.
"The Heart knows who it will choose." She stood up from her seat and walked down the steps. "The Heart knows who will be the right one for the heir." Her already sharp glare grew sharper than a well-maintained sword. "The Heart knows where they will guide the heir and connect them to their betrothed on the Night of the Crimson Moon."
"And all of you…" She stopped at the bottom of the stairs and inhaled, then calmly lashed out; "All of you showed mere acts of disrespect to the Heart's choices! All of you showed nothing but mere disrespect out of pure greed and desire in the House of the Sakuma Clan!"
She groaned in annoyance and sighed as she placed her hand on her forehead, stressed by the certain turn of events. "I am completely aware of your actions, the noble families of The Jewel. I can only applaud the bourgeois of The Garden for being patient and holding their excitement on this very night."
"In the end, all of you nobles showed nothing but… not fulfilling an act of a true noble." She cleared her throat after muttering her words at the end of her sentence and calmed herself down.
Before she could speak, the doors of the throne room opened wide, revealing two young men. The queen's eyes shined as she recognized who was at the door. She saw her only beloved sons. The queen smiled with pride at the sight of her sons as she stood tall with pride. She stayed there, watching them as her heart beats in excitement and joy.
As the two young men walked, the daughters of the noble families gasped and fainted at the sight while the ladies kept a close eye on them. The beauty of these two young men is unmatched than any other men known in the land. The women were never ashamed of their tastes in men and were shameless in their tastes when it comes to the men in the Sakuma family. The male heir and descendant were the ones these noble women always wanted. Nothing more, nothing less.
While the two sons walked down the aisle in silence, their eyes remained on their beloved mother, who gave birth to them and raised them as her own. Despite their focus on their mother, behind their stern expression is mere annoyance and disgust.
Ritsu, the younger one, clicked his tongue in annoyance but hid his annoyed expression behind his usual sleepy yet stern look. He didn't want to disappoint his mother tonight while walking beside his older brother, Rei, the heir to the throne.
Rei on the other hand, nearly bared his fangs to the daughters of the nobles, especially to the ladies of every family. He knew that this also happened on every Union Eve ceremony, passed down by every heir in the House Sakuma's family history, all except for the first prince's coronation day and the creation of the sacred heirloom.
A sigh escaped his lips, almost like a hiss. The moment he laid eyes on his mother, his annoyance disappeared like the wind. Her presence alone calmed him, and he hoped his betrothed-to-be in the near future would do the same to him. Rei knew that a mother's love is genuine, just like how his grandmother treated his parents like her own children. And that's what he hoped to have for his own family in the future.
Then, a thought came into his mind: What if his betrothed will be the same as my mother—the one who has a sense of dignity and honor, the one who can rule alongside him, the future king of Lunar Kingdom? Will she treat him the way his friends treated him—no statuses or titles involved, like how the common folk treat each other and communicate with each other? Will she be a vampire, a human, a wizard, a siren, a Celestial, a Stellaris, or a beastman?
These questions were the only ones to which he never had an answer to begin with. His answers before were answered out of uncertainty, only for him to answer with a questioning tone. Not even the wizards of Mt. Solaris can read his future anymore. His future was clouded by the pendant hanging around the chain of his necklace. It saddens him to this day. He will be able to see the future until he meets his betrothed at the Night of the Crimson Moon, where he will search for that person in every circle of the kingdom. But another part of him tells him he will be able to see his future once the pendant chooses his betrothed-to-be.
Rei's only wish is to know what will happen in the future. Only time and fate will tell, he whispered to himself.
"Rei, my son," the queen called to him, catching his attention. "You seemed to be in deep thought. Is something the matter?"
Rei turned his head to meet his mother, whose gaze met his. Her eyes are full of worry and concern. She remained tall and proud, but her worries caused her heart to feel a tinge of concern within her. "A coin for your thoughts, my dear?"
"Mother," Rei sighed, "I was wondering when I will be able to see my future once more. Natsume-kun repeated to me over and over that he will be able to see it at the right time. It confuses me when it will be the right time to see it. It worries me the most, mother."
"I know." She held his hand with her free one and rubbed her thumb over the back of his gloved hand. "I also experienced the same when I was a young maiden. I have a great feeling that she experienced the same thing you do, as my future once was also unclear like yours."
Rei nodded in response. He let go of her hand as they faced each other, beginning the ceremony. He took the necklace off of him by the lock and gave it to his mother, who opened out her hand to hold the necklace in her palm. As she received it, she held it up in the air, letting the moonlight shine down on the pendant— The Heart of House Sakuma.
"Citizens of Lunar Kingdom, tonight will be the night where the sacred heirloom of House Sakuma will be left in the care of someone the Heart chose. It remains assured that this necklace will be in the good hands of the keeper— my son's betrothed-to-be."
Applause was heard in the throne room. Cheering the heir and the queen's success in their quest for unity with the power of the Heart. The applause from the audience became silent as they saw a red glow from the queen's hand.
The ruby in the pendant shone under the moonlight, a sign that it would disappear for the time being. A silver glow surrounded the pendant, telling them that it had finally found Rei's fated partner. Then the necklace disappeared in her hand, only to leave a faint scent from its disappearance.
'Flowers?' She thought. 'Then she must be from the Garden.'
The ladies and the daughters in the throne room look around in confusion. They touched their necks, seeing if the Heart was with them. Unfortunately, no signs of the Heart were seen with them. This caused a disturbance on the nobles' side of the room.
Disappointed at the outcomes, some of the daughters rushed out of the throne room as their hopes were crushed because of the Heart's choices, while the others behaved since they knew from the start. The ladies of the said daughters on the other hand, followed their daughters while most of the lords and sons stood there in silence.
Meanwhile, the elites and the bourgeois remained silent, as they had expected this all along. They knew the Heart would never choose someone because of their status, as they are aware that their future had been clear since the beginning. The Heart knows whose future is unclear.
The queen cleared her throat and glanced at Rei. "Then, we'll wait until the next Night of The Crimson Moon." She faced the audience and announced that tonight's ceremony had come to an end. She walked out of the throne room after the nobles, elites, and bourgeois left the throne room to return to their homes.
Rei sat on the throne with a serious look on his face. He stared at the now empty room with a look of anticipation in his gaze. He knew he had caught a whiff of the scent of fresh-cut flowers from the meadows of the Garden.
"Brother," Ritsu called him. "Before the Heart disappeared, I caught a scent of flowers. It tells us that your fated partner is at the Garden."
"Indeed." He nods. "The search begins after three years."
Ritsu's eyes widened in surprise. "The Night of the Crimson Moon is in three years? How time flies…" His words ended with a yawn. He will be off to slumber at any moment soon.
"Don't be so surprised, dear brother." Rei leaned on his seat and smirked. "What's special about it is that it'll be a special day, someone's special day."
Ritsu grinned in response. "Oh, a special day, indeed."

Summary: The old tales of the flower shop's owner of the Garden once said that once the sky and the moon became red in the dark of the night, it was a sign that a pure-blooded vampire would be searching for its betrothed. A phenomenon called "The Night of the Crimson Moon". Significant moons had passed since the phenomenon had occurred. It was told that a vampire who lurks in the night found someone who made their undead heart feel alive once more in their chest. It finally found its fated partner, and at the same time, its betrothed-to-be. Around this time of the cycle, it'll be the current heir's turn to search for his betrothed.
A certain young wizard— fresh from the academy and a citizen of The Garden, witnessed this phenomenon with her very own eyes after returning from her homecoming. As much as she wanted to avoid this phenomenon, she couldn't escape this kingdom, only to be trapped as she awaited her fate, full of uncertainty and tragedy. Unexpectedly, in the said event, a vampire held her hand, staring at her with a gaze she can describe all too well. It was then that she realized that the prey had become the fated bride as his eyes met hers.
