Also, that goes for everyone else, the people of Russia are not at fault for there fucking leaders choice, do not dare outcast them for something they have no control or choice Of.

In saying that to the Ukrainians, I pray for you as that's unfortunately all I am able to do currently.

I never see anyone actually getting any significant donations on tumblr and to be honest, tumblr is the worst place to ask for assistance. It’s high key illegal to make any kind of nazi joke or gesture in Germany. People can get fired for it and in extreme cases even arrested. On my class trip to Berlin this kid thought it’d be funny to do a Nazi salute in the parking lot where hitler died (was not a destination, just happened to walk by). He was immediately pulled aside by police who legit booked him a flight home for the next day, without the rest of us. He was suspended for two weeks too.

Funny how the country responsible for this takes full responsibility and fights to make it never happen again, while the US, who spent years basing an entire identity on fighting Nazis, gives them a platform to speak freely and draft members.

There was this kid that used to be my neighbor (let’s call him Ivan) and he was a typical cishet white boy gamer kid, and he was kind of an asshole sometimes. But let me tell you, Ivan was also one of the best lgbtq allies ive ever met? Like he was kind of a dick but he was the kind of person to be in a group of people when someone makes a shitty joke and look that person straight in the eyes and say “that’s transphobic, Kevin. Stop being a dick” without missing a beat.

It was just nice to see. Like I told him I was bisexual and he was like “that’s dope. Tell me if I need to beat anyone up for being a dick to you. Anyway, let’s go set things on fire in Minecraft”

He’d be mean to someone and then someone else would call the kid they were bullying a homo and he’d stop what he was doing and be like “there’s nothing wrong with being gay, don’t be homophobic, Billy” and then go back to trashing this poor kid. It was so fucking surreal. I miss him. I’m kinda sad we fell out of touch. Stay strong, Ivan. You… woke middle school bully?
