I don’t really have a reason for this pinned other than necessity because I have to many pkmn irl blogs/lhj

This list is outdated! (Aka I have not updated it-)I do have a proper hub blog (@the-writer-of-stars) with a more updated list (that is also not entirely accurate, I keep forgetting to update it)

@a-champion-of-stars - main blog, with ocs/takes on ‘canon’ (using that loosely) that are near and dear to me. Blog might contain high stakes/darker themes, but is right now mostly shenanigans

@shadowed-corners - relatively active, about an amnesiac chosen who’s struggling to find her place in the world. Blog will contain high stakes and darker themes down the line and warning will be provided when the time comes

@distorted-space-time - Reverse eeby Giratina blog that’s going to be mostly shenanigans honestly. Currently no plans for anything high stakes

@flamesparked-crown - Pokémon sword Oc blog! Takes place post main story. No plans of anything high stakes yet

@snow-warning-imminent - Just a guy trying to get by, not in the best of ways, while also attempting to take care of a the year old. Not sure about stakes level yet

@jurassic-pokepark - lowkey inactive, I haven’t had enough ideas to focus on it, but I love the concept. It’s what it says on the tin really, Jurassic park but in Pokémon! If I get enough ideas I’ll end up doing a higher stakes plot on there but for now it’s just light hearted shenanigans

I had to read a Heinlein book for a literature class on sci-fi and it was HORRIBLE and the only thing that got me though it was thinking "it's time for more Deep Thoughts With Heinlein(tm)" what a strange man this author was...

my working theory is that the most foundational works of literature in a given genre are the ones that inspire the most concepts and tropes that are carried forward in the genre and this inspiring property is frequently because there is, to simplify, something deeply wrong with them

picky eating IS such a good test of whether or not someone wants to be an ableist bully in a socially acceptable way tbh. like do you need to know why someone is a picky eater and for what reasons do you deem it alright to not mock and dehumanize and infantalise someone because their disability impacts the way they eat. what justification for why they eat a certain way is good enough for you to not treat someone like shit.
