Sometimes, what you need to do is literally ask for a refill. I know that can be scary and upsetting and requires you to be willing to be vulnerable, but please consider two things:
One: if what you want to do is be able to fill other people's cups, you can't fill from an empty cup. You literally can't do the work if you're emptied out. You need to do this so you can help.
Two: for the people that love you, the people that really matter, you aren't imposing on them by asking for a refill. This is one of the things I really internalized from coming home to Judaism: when someone asks me to help them, they're giving me the opportunity to perform a mitzvah. No matter your belief system or outlook, I think we can probably all agree that being given an opportunity to be more awesome is pretty great.

I have genuinely never asked my friends to love me a little bit louder and gotten anything but an outpouring of support.
People love you and want to take care of you. All you have to do is give them an opportunity and maybe tell them the best way to love you right now.
exorsexism is refusing to use it/its and any other 'abnormal' set of pronouns. exorsexism is refusing to support multigendered people, nonbinary, agenders, etc. exorsexism is refusing to see neogenders and neopronouns as valid identities. exorsexism is when you think you have control over a person's identity. exorsexism is when you warp the identity of someone else, all because in your mind it is not valid. exorsexism is using only one set of pronouns when that person insists they use more. exorsexism is chaining people still to their AGAB (i hate using this term but oh well). exorsexism is undermining multigendered people's experiences, lives, and joys. exorsexism is when you call someone either theyfab or theymab. exorsexism is tying people to a binary. exorsexism is infantilizing nonbinary people, or outright refusing the fact we exist.
we are all valid. we exist. our voices have the right to be listened.
It’s so fucked up that experiences from previous relationships can forever impact your ability to form and maintain new relationships. They should patch that out
how do you try to properly explain the feeling of "i love and care about my friends very very dearly and i want them to be happy no matter what and i wish i could be there for them when they are at the deepest ends" because i feel it
it doesn't matter to me if we are newly chatting or if we're long-time friends or if we're mutuals who just barely speak to one another then i want you to know that i love you. and if you feel like there are times where you feel as though you cannot be loved or that you hadn't done anything to deserve it or that you're going through a million processes just to make yourself smaller and unimportant and you don't know how to stop then i will hold your hand and tell you that these things don't make you lesser nor are they defining requirements to seeing you as a person and that i understand you and that i love you nonetheless and hope things will turn out better for you. i love you
