And yet people don’t think retail workers should get a living wage. I’ve literally gotten a five cent raise myself.

This does happen in some office and non-retail jobs too and it sucks. Both suck. I’ve done both. You don’t always get a raise at all... Could be years. Other people not doing their job DOES effect you and you still get made to feel guilty if you are sick.

People suck.
