I was gone for a while because I was in hospital, let me tell you guys why. I suffered from refeeding syndrome, refeeding syndrome happens when your body doesn't get enough nutrition for a long time, in my case it was because of my bulimia, I threw up every single meal, every snack, every drink for months, and as a result my potassium plummeted and it almost killed me, also, the drip they give you at the hospital to bring your potassium back up hurts, it fucking stings. refeeding syndrome kills, please, if you are struggling, I am begging you to seek help. you're loved, and you don't deserve to live like this. thank you for reading.
