To whoever needs to hear this, because I certainly did a few years back, you don’t need to eat “like an adult”. You are allowed to prep meals or snacks like you’re a child, and I don’t mean you need to treat yourself like you’re immature, but you’re allowed to give yourself the same grace, patience and willingness to compromise as you would a little kid.

If you don’t like the textures of vegetables, you can blend them up and mix them into something tasty. If you struggle to cook a proper lunch, you can just make yourself a luncbox full of snacks or sandwiches that you can easily take out the fridge later on and pick at. If snacks or ready-meals targeted at children look easier or more appealing, you can just buy them. If you want to cut the crusts off your bread or use cookie cutters to shape your sandwiches into fun shapes, do it!

“It doesn’t matter what you eat, what’s important is just eating” is a crucial philosophy to take on board, but the other important thing to keep in mind is that absolutely no one should control how you eat your food. I don’t care if it’s considered childish, if changing how you eat something gets you to eat it in the first place, make the change. Let yourself eat exactly how you want to.

Snow Leopards are just so bouncy when they pretend to be hunted or startled by their babies. Think of it as an exaggerated cartoon yelp, all to encourage the babies hunting skills.

Yes, like one time Robert is at his desk and his little cub is slowly creeping up on him and someone comments on it. Robert tells them that he knows, his kid's not that good at being sneaky and he wants them to get better at it and the kid jumps on his tail and he jumps himself to act surprised.

i just had the funniest experience in vr chat, i joined a random server and the one i joined had Japanese people so i waddled around in my goofy club penguin avatar that i have saved, after a while a guy walks up to me and clones my avatar so were both penguins then another guy shows up and clone my avatar

now keep in mind there only speaking Japanese i don’t know what they are saying, then another guy joins in, so i got a group of three penguin friends

we just waddle around and goof about, the one of them tries to talk to me, but not only do i not have a mic i also don’t speak Japanese, they figure out i don’t speak Japanese and start listing various places, they get the part of being European right, and after listing a lot of places they ask if im from the UK and when i nod they all just start cheering. after hanging out for a while one of them gets real close to me and whispers…

hey so I was reading some of the foxtrot au and I had the thought if what if visi had swallowed the marble when she kissed Robert and when she went back to the red ring to begin her plan to betray them she then had to deal with overprotective shroud who knows she has swallowed the marble somehow or for reasons he doesn’t know he feels very angry at her

Ooo, this probably would happen in the canon path with Maegu/Fox Demon Robert!

Robert is still blind-sided by Visi's forceful deep kiss by the lockers.

It wasn't Robert's first kiss, but it had been the first time he felt his soul orb/marble transferring into another person.

And before he could collect his thoughts and ask her why (seeking comfort, love, or a physical high) - she was gone.

And so was a feeling in Robert's chest.

He doesn't ponder on it when he goes to get wasted.

Shroud is there to greet him.

It's during Robert's interrogation that he learns that the villain isn't just interested in the Astral Pulse (made from Robbie's own soul marble), but Robert's ability to replicate it. But when the Red Ring cut into Robert's abdomen, and search every nook and cranny, they find nothing.

Shroud is pissed. Robert is confused.

Turns out, Visi was wiser to fox demon myths than she let on.

She quickly deduced that Shroud couldn't replicate the Astral Pulse without something from the Robertson men - though she wasn't sure of it until Robert mentioned his species special "soul orb" to Royd. Then it clicked.

If she played dumb to the "kissing transfers it"-part, she could make sure that the Red Ring couldn't extract it any other way if they got their hands on Robert (which they did).

Cus, unfortunately; there are other methods in East Asian mythology to extract the Soul Orbs from people. Fox demons just have a special technique.

The Five Major Organs. In traditional Chinese philosophy, the soul is divided into five parts across the; Heart, Lungs, Liver, Spleen, and Kidneys. The Liver in particular had significance as the seat of the soul since it purified the body of toxins - its why so many demons (like maegu) eat the livers of their prey.

The Anus. Preferred method of water demons like Kappa. In ye olde times, anywhere with a sphincter muscle was considered a likely candidate for housing the Soul organ. This included the ass (obvious) and the pylorus muscle (separates your stomach from your duodenum).

Visi knew from her scant memory of soul mythology, that Robert's soul marble could be taken from him forcefully. So she beat Shroud to it by giving Robert an unexpected make-out session.

Robert is still a little pissed off about the cavity search and impromptu exploratory surgery Shroud had ordered on him to confirm though.

Visi returns Robert's soul marble when they reunite in the labs - transferring it back as a promise of trust. Robert thanks her for her quick thinking and loyalty.

Secretly, Visi misses how easy it felt to breathe when her body held the orb...

If there's Invisimech, Robert may tease the possibility of "returning" it to her someday (i.e, fox marriage). Courtney blushes a violent pink at the idea.

If there isn't Invisimech, then Robert and Courtney joke that they're "fox divorced".
