I've already been through the whole "wellness" disguised as an eating disorder phase. I'm not a teenager anymore and I know how to take care of myself without putting others down. Also, I've actually studied history and seen the link between fatphobia and fascism, and come to realize that people who only care about theirs and other people's appearance are some of the most miserable people.
