ngl im honestly kinda pleasantly surprised at how girl rules dealt with bambi's depression... it made sense to me, her breaking up with prim again...

#i loved that she was shown doing everything 'right'#(going to therapy. taking her meds. trying to focus on the future. making amends.)#and it did not magically fix her #and after being pretty brutally retraumatized and the circumstances of prim taking time off work triggering her anxieties #is it any wonder that she spiralled and tried to disappear again?#i understand some criticisms about the way she was written but the idea that her behaviour made no sense is baffling to me #i wonder if people would understand her better if she was 'officially' (instead of strongly implied to be) suicidal #but idk.#girl rules #girl rules spoilers
