thinking about how teenage gojo and geto were so confident in themselves and each other that they agreed to defy the higher ups and save the vessel if she refused the merger….how they sympathized with riko enough to allow her to go to school one last time even if meant probably enduring an unnecessary fight……and how after fighting they still extended their stay in okinawa just so she could enjoy life a little more even if it meant gojo keeping his technique activated 24/7 and pulling all nighters to protect them……….how he found the energy to make sure her trip was as fun as possible: messing around with her on the beach like a chaotic big brother, going kayaking and to the aquarium, eating out at restaurants, etc……………..how geto saw gojo get stabbed and knew they were dealing with a serious opponent but didn’t rush to get rid of riko and instead gave her time to make a final decision……………………how he held out his hand to her and smiled and said “let’s go home,” only for her to get shot just inches away from him…………………………….how they had to carry her corpse away while crowds of people applauded, how gojo said they could kill all of them and he wouldn’t even feel it, how geto had to say no purely because of the ideals he had been clinging to for his whole career as a jujutsu sorcerer and he was now questioning……………………………………..of course they split not long after. it’s like their kid (aka: their hopes and dreams) died and they felt, in a way, that they were both responsible

huh so much wlw content seems centered around this idea of looking perfect and quaint and it feels so wrong to me. i hate seeing art of two skinny girls w full faces of makeup barely kissing in a pastel color palette. when i thought i was straight so much of my time was consumed by thinking “do i look good enough for others?” “am i digestible?” and that exact concept is.. the same shit just flipped on it’s head. i don’t love girls cause i think they’re ~stars twinkling in the evening~ i like them because they’re funny and loud and strong and real human beings and so much more than your aesthetic

Also i think when yr questioning your wlw attraction it’s really easy to look at these very watered down, un-inclusive wlw content and not feel anything…and then think that you aren’t wlw when really it’s just because most wlw content has such a narrow view of womanhood…
