Hellooo!! I'm working on a new little McLennon comic, it's taking me a bit longer than the previous ones hahaha but I thought I'd share some little updates for once :p

I've finished the lineart, all that's left is rendering (very long process); I think I'll be done by next week!

As for my process, nothing's changed, I always start with a paper sketch then go straight to digital (and for once I skipped the detailed sketch to save some time)

its silly but having a hyperfixation on the beatles genuinely pushed my art forward so much this year, i would not have filled out 5-6 sketchbooks in 2026 alone if not for those guys

curious do you actually think paul mccartney is gay/bi??? i KNOW john lennon is but paul mccarney is a mystery (act as if hes fictional or whatever)

I don't hold many strong opinions on the truth of the matter, i'm more in the business of treating them both like fictional characters for my own entertainment:D

but if i had to voice it: I think it's possible, seeing how in awe paul was of john and how much he loves lying to the public. i wouldn't bet on it though. If it's true, then it's repressed as hell. (also i agree with you that john most likely was queer in some way)

at the end of the day, I don't think anything explicitly romantic ever actually happened between them. repressed feelings? for sure, SO many. and it's fun as hell to speculate about what exactly those feelings were, because it's clear that they had an exceptional bond most of us can't relate to. but i accept that we'll (probably) never know the truth of if.
