Talked about on main blog how I replayed gravity circuit finally- I was compelled to make this as these fuckers have taken over my brain once again. Also I never made a color piece for this series so yay!
Hey guys, I decided to make a Gravity Circuit AU inspired by something that I found a few days ago!
And this is the something in question!

This is the original version of the opening stage theme of Gravity Circuit which was made in about 2014 or so and was uploaded onto SoundCloud in 2020. I stumbled upon this music track when I was messing with the GC Discord server search bar about three or so days ago, and I fell in love with it ever since.
To the point that it actually inspired me to make an AU based on older stuff that was made during the development of Gravity Circuit!
And while the AU had no name when it was first conceptualized, it is this day that I decided to give it a name: Cyber_Proxy!
The story of Cyber_Proxy revolves around Kai, as he investigates a problem with his PC that was caused by something or someone, with his attempt at fixing the problem causing a disastrous chain of events that involve him getting turned into a robot and being violently sent to the Cyber Galaxy (yes I kinda made an Astro Renaissance reference), a digital/cyberspace-esque world mainly inhabited by robots of all kinds as well as similar beings.
And yes, the design of his robot form is based on an earlier design that canon Kai had during Gravity Circuit's development! (Pictured below)
Likewise, during his journey to getting to the bottom of his current situation by way of fighting against various hostile entities and saving people caught in the crossfire, he will make new friends, enemies, and, perhaps, even those who will help him in his plans! If he decides to spare and help them in some way, of course.
It also has a oneshot currently in the works named Application Not Responding!
Instead of the new dogshit Odyssey film you should watch Iphigenia (1977). It’s made by actual Greek people and focuses on a mother-daughter relationship to explore how women are sacrificed by powerful men in times of war. Also the main actress has the face of an angel 🙏 the whole movie is available on YT with English subtitles.

What do you think of people having a "preference" for certain ethnicities and races when it comes to dating like there was a trend like a year or to ago where (usually white) people would proudly talk about how much they love asian men (only the pale ones of course) and lightskin Black men but how they'd never date a dark skinned Black man

Yeah to me it's usually racist.
I feel like it's one thing to say "I prefer to date people of my race because I feel they will be more aware of my identity, my culture, and my struggles as a Black person". That checks out, because it's not aesthetic. I've always said that any person outside of my race that I'd date would have to come already packed with antiracism and awareness of antiblackness. I'm not teaching nobody shit about how to see me as a human while claiming to love me 😭 nothing romantic about that at all. Otherwise, I'll date anybody!
But a lot of times these preferences are just fetishes. They love the IDEA of what this particular race or identity means or what they'll "do" for you. Black women being more sexual in bed, East Asian women being cute and submissive, Indigenous women being "wild", Muslim women being "obedient, but secret freaks", white women being a "sign of success and listening to men more". Black men having big penises, Asian men (and women fr) having more money and "prettier kids".
And then there are the ones that go even deeper and make their like of one group predicated on the hate of their own. It's so common with misogynoir that it's ridiculous. As if I'm supposed to care that you prefer white women over me. While also being hypocritical about the women dating outside of the race. Yeah, it's a long and convoluted ass conversation but it almost comes back around to ye olde racism.
