You are working in an environment that is not set up for work. It is made to be a relaxed space. You are working with limited resources sometimes (as is my case with no work network access and no work computer) and surrounded by distractions whether that be the news, your anxieties, family etc. 

You are being made to work from home. You do not have a choice. You should not be feeling guilty if you’re productivity is not at 100%.
