I noticed while rewatching Heated Rivalry that in the montage in the beginning of episode 4 they show us a few of Shane and Ilya's meetups. Them having sex in a shower and kissing and enjoying each other's company going up the stairs in Shane's appartment.

And then they end episode 4 where? Shane following Rose up those same stairs in his appartment and Ilya alone in a shower. Both miserable
