Breakfast was chia seed pudding topped with banana, strawberry Alpro yogurt, flaxseed, more pudding, strawberry jam and then more flaxseed and sunflower seeds ❤️
Banana 🍌 Pancakes 🥞 - 3 Ripe Bananas - 2 Eggs - Cinnamon - Vanilla Extract As simple as mashing up the bananas, adding the other ingredients and mixing thoroughly before cooking on a medium heat 🤤
Lean Chicken Fajitas 🐓🥙 - 350g Skinless Chicken Breast - 1 diced onion - 1/2 Green, Red & Yellow Pepper - 1 Pack Fajita Seasoning - Salt, Pepper & Chilli to taste - 50g Salsa Dip - 1 cup water 1) Fry off onions & peppers in coconut oil for 5 mins on a high medium heat. 2) Add chicken fillets and cook for 5 mins. 3) Add seasoning and cook for 5 mins. 4) Add Salsa & Water and cool for 5 mins. Enjoy!

Banana vanilla oatmeal - my favourite way to eat oats currently!
Recipe:
Mix 1 mashed banana, 60g rolled oats, 1 tablespoon of each chia and flax seeds, 200 ml almond milk (or milk of your choice), a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract in a bowl. Put it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, warm the oats up with a splash of boiling water in a small saucepan on the stove. Let them cook/simmer for only ~5 minutes.
That’s it! This really takes such little time, it’s super healthy and extremely delicious :)
