Best Parts of 3Below Season 2
- the soft little "come here" gesture Krel does to Aja while he's crying
- the students who aren't aware that Krel and Aja are actually aliens standing up for them bc they think the government officials are being hella racist
- reappearance (however briefly) of Vendel
- Aja and Arrrghs meeting; she was fully enamored by his design instead of startled or frightened, and he's just a big teddy bear
- Steve letting Eli rest his head on his shoulder in probably the gayest way possible
- Toby riding his war hammer like a witches broom
- Just all of Aja and Toby's friendship?? Idk something about it felt so genuine and pure
- Steve FULLY being accepted as a part of the friend group, and all the friend groups in general kind of combining after the events of Trollhunters
- The fact that the whole town is hella chill with Arrrgh to the point where him roaming the town and showing up in school is totally normalized
- Literally everyone in Arcadia taking aliens completely in stride bc hey, trolls already exist, what's one more species?
- Royal children coming to terms with the fact that their parents were not perfect rulers and making amends for it
- Eli and Toby directing together
- The just....completely stupid way Toby and Eli found out about the siblings. No drama. No lead up. First episode, BAM, they're aliens. It was so anticlimactic I loved it
- "Eli, is Steve with you?...I KNOW, you're just Creepslayerz, not dating!"
- When Krel decides to stay on Earth, Toby and Steve look fully pumped, despite Steve and Krel low key disliking each other
- The Akiridians infatuation with Eli
- Seeing Troll Market again, even in its desolate state, was so nostalgic
- The Blanks disguising themselves as Aja and Krel. Just the Blanks all together, I love them
- You can see the military dude losing trust in the commander over a course of episodes; his betrayal of her isn't random
- "Coach Dad. Dad Coach. Dad...Coach....Daddy-o"
- Arrrgh and Varvatos adopting all the children - Arrrgh grabbing Steve to protect him, Varvatos pulling Eli out of the military van, etc etc etc
- Eli and Toby literally don't react to the royals BEING royalty
- "I was a spy in World War One" HOW OLD IS NANA????
- The way the ending of the show looped back to the beginning, with Aja on stage in school (which I also think is a throwback to how all of this started in the first place, Season 1 of Trollhunters centering around the play)
- Toby has apparently learned how to speak Gnome
- also....I love how Toby has become one of the main characters in both shows, meaning he is the ONLY character who is fully involved and informed on everything that's happened in both shows
- in short (or long, whoops) this was my favorite of the two seasons, I'm in love
