Using simple ingredients you can find in every household pantry. When i was sick and tired of devouring our feathered friends to achieve ultimate shred'dome! I found this recipe. Ingredients (Per Chicken Breast) - 1 x Chicken Breast - 1 x Tbsp (Salt Reduced) Soy Sauce - 2 x Tsp Crushed Garlic - 1 x Tbsp Lemon Juice - 1 x Tbsp Olive Oil - 1 x Tsp Honey (Organic) - Cayenne Pepper (Optional) - Salt & Pepper to Taste Then Marinate 12-24 hours. To Cook: - High heat Skillet - Flash into pan (No Oil) - Steam (1 Minute) - Toss and flip until Chook is cooked through I enjoy this with eggs in the morning, in wraps, in salads. How To Handle DOMS! | In The Zone | Episode #27 Today's jacpacked episode we discuss the most effective ways in which you can effectively rid yourself of those pesky muscle aches in the days proceeding working out. *Note* I could take 5-10 minutes to break down all of these tips individually if need be however sticking to tradition I only have 60 seconds to get the job done. #1 - Foam rolling and Trigger point therapy is excellent for bringing new fluid and cells to damaged muscle tissue. #2 - Active Recovery I.e MOVE SUCKA or more aptly named "Hair Of The Dog! Active Recovery is my favorite method of recovery from doms as it encourages and promotes your joints to move through full range of motions establishing your full ROM. #3 - Ice Baths are great post workout as it helps with inflammation of your joints and also promotes cell regeneration. However don't go overboard with them. Keep them strictly to post workout. #4 - EAT! Eating high protein and nutrient rich meals immediately post workout allows your body to refuel everything it had dispensed during your workout. #5 - Sleep 💤💤 Easily the most effective and most likely taken for granted of all recovery methods. Sleep for humans is like rebooting a computer. It's where me most actively recover and replace old dead cells with new nutrient rich goodness.
