I’ve not been doing to well. ED got kinda bad and Owen decided he needed to be out at work to help reduce stress. Told the one coworker that knows. Today he said he didn’t want to talk about it everyday when Owen was only trying to explain what’s been happening. Next time I’m going to be out at work so I can tell him not to worry about me. That nobody else does so he shouldn’t either. I think I want to switch it to were Owen is out at home and I’m out at work. Ever since Jake integrated with him he’s been a bit more aggressive about things. I’m thinking about integrating with someone. I can’t deal with this anxiety and constant worrying about food and stuff. I’ve been talking with Owen about what he thinks of it.

I think I split last night. Everything that the entropy system said they felt I felt last night at work except not as intense. I think this new alter is Klaus from The Umbrella Academy. This means that I now have a fictive.
