Gluten & Lactose Intolerant, living a FODMAP free lifestyle, on a weight loss journey - down 80 pounds since May '15 - 20 pounds left to go to hit my goal, Hooping since Feb '16. If only I could find the perfect color.... I received the colors Keep Up the Flame and Constant Toast free to try. I thought at first I would love Constant Toast.. not so much. It was pretty on, but not for me. Keep Up the Flame is fire engine red & boy is it bold. I gave Keep Up the Flame a try and it applied nice, it wasn't clumpy and didn't have a bad taste to it. After a while it start to get sticky, but I applied the balm and it helped. It did stay on for me all day, but I didn't have much "lip action" that day. Lol. Overall I give it 8/10 stars. I would recommend it to others, but I need to find my perfect color. *All these opinions are my own.
