It's a horrible little Picrew you can do and then use to represent yourself on Snapchat and I think maybe other Meta products? It lets you send like, a bunch of preset emoji of that terrible little Picrew you instead of normal emoji. As you may be able to tell from the images appended, this was (in my experience) immediately recognised as universally complete arse, ugly lame and dated from the very start. Somehow both incredibly specifically 2010's flavoured in its cringe while simultaneously being appealing only to boomers.
